Check in was quick and painless. The view was of frat row on WKU's campus.
The reviews were a little misleading on cleanliness when I originally booked. The hair dryer was super sticky and full of lint. Shower had hair on the glass doors from the previous visitor. When I went to use the desk for work, there was a weird glob of sticky that my mouse ran over (gross).
The bed was mediocre and too firm for my liking. The town hall clock also plays music every hour for a few minutes that can be heard inside the room when trying to rest.
Also the remote was sticky and some of the buttons did not work.
The stay overall was not horrible.....just very sticky.

This is a well run Hotel. The people upfront are friendly and helpful. It's the little things that make this place stand out. Fruit infused water as you walk in the lobby. Free coffee (two kinds!) in the morning, a very good breakfast buffet and covered parking all included in the price of your stay. Clean, comfortable and well located in Bowling Green, away from the madness of the mall area.

Loved the location and the comfortable, clean room. Very courteous and helpful staff. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant within easy walking distance. Thanks for the good service!

Went to check in at 1am, which was previously coordinated and I was assured someone would be there… waited over 25 minutes, checked in every open employee room and found no one. Called, knocked on doors, and waited at the front desk. Had to leave and find a different hotel at 1:30am with two kids. Completely unprofessional. And haven’t had a call back since. No manager will call me

The hotel was great for my one night stay. It’s not as tech savvy as some of the newer hotels, but a nice stay overall.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt, and it was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. We bed a wonderful time.

Room was nicely appointed, WiFi easy to access breakfast nice, but hard to figure out because of all the options spread out over two rooms.
