For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.• Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances.• Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.• The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible.• Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable. • There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. It’s recorded 24/7.• If you are interested in renting a golf cart to explore Peachtree City and "life at 15 mph", 3 Guys delivers to our address for a small fee.
