The now ghost town of Hayman has 3 remediated mines on the property, 2 run down cabins with an old stove inside, multiple foundations/ root cellars, leftover supplies in spots and includes part of the Gottlieb Fluhman ranch (Gottlieb was murdered in the nearby Death Cave https://www.coloradocentralmagazine.com/really-happened-gottlieb-fluhmann/) allegedly by a Benjamin Ratcliff who later hung for murdering two members of the local school board in 1895. There is an additional patio amongst the trees with the hot tub and fire pit - so cozy!Guest accessWith the exception of the garage, you will have access to the entire cabin and 2 acre property!The Area:-19 miles to Fairplay for groceries and a great selection of restaurants.-40 miles to Breckenridge for world class skiing. Skip all the I-70 traffic! -18 miles to Kenosha Pass - it is one of the best places to view the gorgeous changing aspen leaves in the fall!-13 miles to Tarryall Reservoir for fishing and hiking. -There are also some activities offered at local ranches such as horseback riding and ATV tours.Amenities:-Hot Tub - enjoy your evenings relaxing in the hot tub under the stars (Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
