Cit'Hotel le Logis de Brou

Theo have a Garage for bicycles- Perfect. Its on the Main road, with Open Windows its noisy. Havn‘t breakfast.

We originally planned to stop again in Macon, at a hotel we had used about two weeks ago on the way down to Italy. However, there was an issue with the way they were seeking to pre-authorise our credit card. The card company said the issue was not with the card. So we had to do some quick rebooking and chose Logis de Brou instead. Parking was free, in the yard behind the hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a good night's sleep. The place was quiet, though I would not be fully confident about internal soundproofing were it busy. The bathroom was absolutely spotless. It looked like it only went in yesterday. Our room had a balcony. It overlooked a small garden and the main road beyond. Traffic noise did not impact on us. WiFi was good. No safe or fridge in the room. AC was not set to cool, a situation common in hotels at this time of year. We Northern Europeans like the bedroom cooler at night. But lack of AC did not impact on sleep. We had a lovely meal in Le Bresson, a short walk away. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.

We stayed one night at this good, clean hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean and had a nice balcony overlooking a side street. Opposite the wonderful monastery of Brou and within walking distance of restaurants and town centre.

Clean, quiet, a nice bathroom, everything new; large private parking. An excellent choice! For one night we had chosen a small room, but there was everything you can need, with a small balcony too. At walking distance from the center and its various bistros and restaurants (some others near the Monastery)

I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the royal monastery of Brou, which is just a stone's throw away, and because it offered private parking. The room was very comfortable and there was a nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and presented. Great value for money and good location in relation to the town centre - it's an easy walk!

Mysigt lantsortshotell. Låg mysigt & nära till flera restauranger. Välvårdat, rent & snyggt.. Bra frukost & trevlig personal som gav bra service. Bor gärna här igen.

The room was comfortable and breakfast was nice. We walked to all the restaurants nearby and not one was open (Tuesday evening). We finally drove to several more (also all closed) before finally finding a fast-food place that we had to settle with. We weren't sure why everything was closed.

Just what was required after à long drive.. Charming personnel.. Very clean, comfotable beds, quiet, warm, within walking distance of thé centre of town, without being in it. Close to the beautiful Monastere... Will certainly stay again for ease of everything.. Not too chichi, just easy...

Parfait: locaux très agréables: grandes chambres et salles de bain. Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Accueil chaleureux. Bon petits déjeuners. Juste en face du Monastère Royal de Brou (élu Monument préféré des Français en 2014) et de divers restaurants. Parking facile et gratuit.
