Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided. Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here

Great location. Walking distance from train station. Very clean and neat hotpot.

Really good for busy travelers, but if you like to enjoy some time at the hotel there's not much on offer besides a small gym. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is far from the touristic areas, but it is close to the metro if you want to explore the city by foot.

酒店很新，乾淨衞生，就是熱水壺需要去和前台借，因為一個房間有另一個沒有，洗澡水有軟水處理，對頭髮很友好，丟了一些東西在房間，打掃衞生的小哥幫忙保留了，感謝，位置不算特別市中心，靠近火車站，總體推薦。

酒店前台服務人員對華人的態度不好，我們預訂了一間雙床房，但給了我們一間大床房。當我們到房間後，看到隔離房間的雙床房服務員剛清理乾淨，我們希望轉去雙床間，但前台拒絕，我們要求第二天換雙床房，前台服務員説沒有，我們要求退房也不可以，。我們住過好多酒店，從未見過這樣的服務。另外房間對着車道很近，噪聲很大。

酒店距離火車站很近，步行幾分鐘可至。由於帶了孩子，在前台補了些費用升級到了家庭房（孩子有獨立的單人床），房間空間很大，有兩個小陽台，設施很新，乾淨，服務很好，入住和退房都很快。離景點稍微有點距離，但一路走走看看，也不會覺得很累。

設施新，工作人員友好，服務非常到位，早餐豐盛，晚飯也可以點而且味道很好

I had a standard room in third floor with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and shower was very good too. There was a fridge and a safe in the room and the air-conditioning worked well. Check in and out was efficient. I had the breakfast included, it was tasty and the breakfast room was not too crowded. Heroísmo metro station is 450 meters from the hotel and Campanha train station is as close too, so it was easy to get around, even if the hotel is not in the very center of Porto. No complaints, I could definitely return here.

Extremely nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Close to railway station. Very clean. Held our luggage until check in time. The location belies the quality of this property. A hidden gem and very reasonably priced. Room and bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but good.

It is very close to the train station, which was very convenient for us, as we arrived and left by train.

This is a really nice hotel. Sitting on the outskirts of Porto and not the prettiest area, but, the hotel itself is, as I said, really nice. Easily lives up to it's Hotel **** rating. Beautiful and spotless reception area with friendly staff, to a nicely sized, tastefully decorated and fitted out bedroom. We were on the 5th floor facing out onto the road. No noise however, and although it wasn't the best view, it was where it was and if it had been overlooking the river or quay then the price would have reflected in that! We could not fault the room. Nice comfy bed, big bathroom with large walk in shower, and spotless, like everywhere else. A tip...they will supply a kettle and cups on request. WIFI signal good. Plenty of power sockets. Local TV channels only but HDMI if you have a cable for laptop. In relation to it's location, the city centre was a 30 minute stroll and flat, the Metro is a five minute walk which gets you anywhere in the city, and buses passed by every few minutes, so as far as we were concerned, ideally located for access to the Centre. Access from the airport was easy. Metro to Trindade and walked the 30 mins, but could have changed to take the Metro to Heroismo and then five minutes to the hotel. We didn't go for the 12 Euro breakfast, so cannot comment.

Beautiful marble bathroom. My room had windows facing the courtyard so it was very quiet. Good soundproofing in the rooms, I didn’t hear anything coming from the hallways. The service was really good, everyone spoke really good english so it was easy to communicate. Did not try the breakfast but the coffee was great. The room was very pretty. Shower had great water pressure. Only thing is: I found several long hairs in my room from a previous guest and the surfaces were not clean at all. I would still go back.
