Professional concierge. Location okay. Breakfast, excellent.

Staff so friendly and helpful😁👍 and even made a breakfast to go as I had a very early flight. Room just fine and nice breakfast

セントロと云うほど街の中心にはありませんが全体的にまとまったホテルですね❗ただ、昼飯、夜飯と街中に出なければならない私たちにはより、街の近い位置が良かったと思います❗

Un hotel bastante completo, no está en el centro centro y la zona por la noche es muy sola, instalaciones muy buenas, habitaciones muy bonitas, buena relación calidad precio, buen desayuno. Hemos tenido un problema en l recepción ya que nos dijeron primero que si y luego q si y luego que si había que pagar tasas de la ciudad. Yo explique y demostré que ya las había pagado pero según ellos a ellos trip no se las había pagado por lo q me tocó volver a pagarlas lo cual me dejo un poco impresionada. Por otro lado los secadores son súper antiguos y se recalientan y apagan a los 30 segundos y dejan de funcionar hasta dentro de 3 minutos así que mejor llevar secador.

Gostei muito Irei volta sem dúvida

Ubicación cercana al centro de Oporto. Personal muy amable y educado. Habitación amplia y limpia. Hotel perfecto para dormir y poder disfrutar de la ciudad aunque las vistas no son lo mejor, daban a un patio interior, eso sí, precio económico, por lo que la relación calidad-precio fue perfecta.

Front of house staff were excellent. Restaurant information was very helpful. I cannot say property was perfect because the elevator close to lobby didn’t work. This meant hauling bags up four steps. Otherwise, we enjoyed our three day stay. Thank you.

Stayed at TRYP for 2 nights, easy access to parking, 10€night, easy walkable distance to many city attractions.

The tv and internet wasn’t working, the reception did not care much about it. While I wanted some help the reception guy was taking private call on the phone while I was just waiting there. Other than that location of the hotel was ok, breakfast just fine and the room was very clean.

We will never return to this hotel because of the rude way way we were treated by a couple of the reception staff. It was also uncomfotable to watch other customers and a young lady staff member being treated in a slightly agressive manner. This is not a cross-cultural issue because nowhere else in Portugal were we ever subjected to the bad moods of staff. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

Tryp Centre Hotel is safe, clean, room is quite spacious considered in Europe city. Because of its centrally in located, most tour companies will be able to offer pick up and drop off. We walked to most Porto attractions. We took the tours for places where driving is required. Would recommend this hotel
