I cannot recommend this hotel. It is not clean, it is noisy (you could hear every single guest around your room), the amenities are broken or in a very bad condition, the breakfast is not worth for the price you paid… Try to avoid it at all costs. Even the cooks smoke inside the kitchen 🤦🏻♂️

I traveled with my wife this time without our children. Beyazit Palace Hotel is a small, decent hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling with kids. The hotel is quite worn down, the breakfast was very basic, and the coffee tasted terrible. However, what bothered me the most was the extremely rude attitude of the hotel manager when speaking to guests. For example, I had the impression that my room booking was for a larger room than the one I received. When I brought this up, the manager responded with, “Do you know how much you paid?”—implying that I got a good deal and should be satisfied with what I got. Another day, the faucet broke, and I couldn’t turn off the water because, as mentioned earlier, the hotel was in poor condition. The first thing the manager said to me was, “Why did you break it?” The hotel claims to have four stars, but in reality, it’s not worth more than two at best.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, just behind double tree. Hotel is very clean.

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Location is very good and literally few minutes walk from the metro or the tram. All shops close by and the staff are also good. Breakfast in the morning was decent and the views were beautiful.

The hotel is located near Istanbul University, in the middle of the shopping district. It's a bit hectic around, but the location is actually quite good — near the metro, you can also walk to the sights. The hotel is pleasant, well maintained, there is an elevator. Our room was very small, we took a room for three, a big minus — the beds were placed so that you had to literally squeeze between the wall and the other bed to the far one. But at the same time, the beds themselves are comfortable, the air conditioner is working properly. There were no problems with hot water. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a nice view of the sea. The breakfast itself is an ordinary Turkish one, not too varied, but there is some kind of food choice. There is Wi-Fi, but it works extremely unstable.

Rooms, services and breakfast are all good. But the bathroom is small especially the toilet area. We booked the family room, and I'm big size weighing 80kg and it is very squeeze to use thei toilet

Проживали в отеле с 8 по 13 ноября. Месторасположение очень понравилось, отель находится хоть и в тупике, но при этом в 2 минутах от основной улицы с трамваем и в 5 минутах от метро. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, обменники с хорошим курсом тоже неподалеку. Персонал открытый, всегда готов помочь в решении проблем. Уборка каждый день, без замечаний. Завтрак довольно разнообразный и вкусный, но без роскоши. Номера опрятные, не убитые. Из минусов плохо работала вытяжка, приходилось проветривать через окно и не хватало основного света в темное время суток. Заслуженная оценка 4,7 из 5)

在一個小巷子裏，車不好開進去。這像是一棟居民樓改的，一共六層，頂層是餐廳，有幾排桌子在室外，吃飯的同時可以看風景。設施比較舊，但很乾凈，前台是兩個，也許是三個中年男性輪流值班，非常和藹，小哥會幫你搬行李。早餐一般，可以湊活吃，不過周邊景點很多，步行就能走到，還有，這裡是居民區，有很多本地人吃飯的店，非常便宜，合人民幣二三十塊就能吃到烤羊腰子或烤羊肉，一瓶純凈水2塊人民幣。而且這裏的飯店，你哪怕點個湯，老闆也會端上來一大盆新鮮蔬菜，而大餅是隨便造的，非常實在，而且在居民區遇見的本地商户態度都非常好，而且都聽得懂一些英語，在旅遊區的商户就有些難纏了，你説都吃過了他還問你在哪吃的，吃了啥。伊斯坦堡物價逆天確實逆天，機場一瓶水能賣到15歐，但如果是，本地人經常光顧的地方，那物價跟中國是差不多的。

Отель абсолютно не соответствует своей цене , фотографии НЕ СООТВЕТСВУЮТ реальному убитому интерьеру отеля. Отель очень маленький, ресепшн хамский и не договаривается ни о чем. Везде грязь и разбитые стекла, потёртая мебель Ни в коем случае не берите тут номера. Цена с оплатой в отеле выставлена специально высокая, чтобы люди не убегали сразу. Вокруг огромное количество шикарных отелей за эту цену

Je déplore le manque de sérieux du manager qui devait revenir vers nous pour une prise en charge à l’aéroport. Le réceptionniste quant à lui a promis de prévoir le petit déjeuner avant notre départ vu qu’il était payé et qu’il faut savoir que l’hôtel est à 45 mns sans circulation de l’aéroport SAW (Sabiha). Le matin du départ, rien n’a été fait. Ils ont mis un gars qui ne parle pas du tout anglais pour dire qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner à cette heure. Vu le manque de sérieux des employés et du manager, je ne recommande de pas cet hôtel. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très peu varié. »

酒店位置還不錯、到哪裡都挺方便的，因為馬路外面有很多車站可以坐車。酒店早餐還不錯。房間也還行 總體還是不錯
