Attention linge de lit et serviette de toilette non fournis. Il vous en coûtera 12,5€ par personne pour en louer à l’hôtel. La couette était tachée , la deuxième n’était pas en meilleur état… Pas de tapis de douche. L’accueil a été chaleureux et j’ai pu très rapidement récupérer la clé de la chambre. Très bien situé, à 4 km des pistes. Par contre, j’ai payé la taxe pour 4 personnes alors que nous étions que 2…

L appartement était propre et le personnel très sympa surtout la personne de l’accueil. Nous avons profité de tout les services et le petit déjeuner était copieux avec des produits frais. C’était notre deuxième séjour à la Pradella et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Arrivé à l’hôtel, nous avions 3 logements, dont un logement pile devant l’accueil, la porte d’entrée pas dutout isolé (on voit le jour à travers) et l'impression de vivre avec les voisins tellement le bruit est hallucinant ! Bon besoins de prendre une bonne douche … Ha bah non … il n’y a pas dutout de pression. Bon, quand même … soyons positif il y a un Jacuzzi ET une piscine … en effet l’environnement est très sympa MAIS le jacuzzi est gelé et la piscine n’en parlons pas. pleins d’autre chose … pas de four, les micro-ondes fonctionnent mal, l’aspirateur n’aspire pas, la VMC ne fonctionne pas dans la SDB, des personnes qui rôdent autours des logements la nuit. A 200€ la nuit on s’attends pas à l’excellence évidemment mais pas à ça non plus. Il y a quand même 1 bon point : La propreté et les grandes terrasses Bref nous étions venu en 2019 et l’expérience n’étais vraiment pas la même … c’est dommage mais nous ne reviendrons pas

Pas d'accueil, quelques soit l'heure où ont passe.Personne pour faire l'état des lieux de la chambre, aucune explication pour la carte de la chambre et dire qu'il y a un code pour rentrer le soir,si ont rentre tard. Petit déjeuner moyen, juste le minimum et si on veut déjeuner salé juste des oeufs.Piscine en panne. Se matin,pas d'eau chaude pour se laver, ballon d'eau chaude en panne.Peut de prise électrique.Cadeau pour les 17 ans de mariage pour ma femme.Dommage aussi non le cadre du paysage magnifique. Le PQ à la charge du client,0,50€. Depuis quand un client est obligé de payer du PQ , dans un hôtel.

Emplacement central en Cerdagne pour se déplacer vers les différentes activités de montagne. Logement propre, fonctionnel et assez spacieux. Piscine et spa très agréables.
Peu de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine, aspirateur fourni inutilisable car bouché par la poussière. Horaires d'ouverture de la réception assez aléatoires, anticipez vos demandes...

Résidence très bien placée. Excellentes prestations pour un appartement. Seul problème est le manque d'intimité et bruit au niveau du balcon.
