Staff is very friendly. Rooms are small but clean. Decor is art deco but nice. The shower is too small. Very close to the beach and the core of the town. Good breakfast but they ran out of eggs and bacon when I came at 930. Good value overall.

We stayed there 3 days, our room was clean but a little small. The beds we're very comfortabele tot sleep. There was a lamp that was similar to the old days/ like in the serie of peaky blinders. The breakfast was very nice

Nous avions reservé 3 chambres à l'hotel Avenue et avons appris le jour de notre arrivé que nous avions été reportés sur l'hotel Malecot du même propriétaire. L'accueuil sur place a été déplorable, en commençant par nous demander avec insistance de régler les 3 chambres que nous avions payées d'avance. Une des chambres empestait le tabac froid et était dans un état de vétusté (moquette hors d'age) indigne des 3 étoiles affichées. Nous avons du nous plaindre pour obtenir une autre chambre. Autre détail: insonorisation inexistante...

Que dire de positif sur cet hôtel si ce n'est que la politesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner. Pour le reste, la chambre était très vieillotte, petite et mal aérée puisque les fenêtres donnaient sur une espèce de cour fermée . De plus, la mini douche était limite pour s'y retourner. Sans parler du prix 295 € pour la nuit du 14 au 15 août !!! Une chose est sûre on n'y retournera plus.

Séjour d'un week-end prolongé en famille.Accueil pas chaleureux, chambre vieillotte et pas engageante au vu du prix.Il a fallu régler la totalité du séjour alors que j'avaos atteint le plafond journallier de ma carte, impossible de négocier un paiement le lendemain, j'ai du utiliser la carte de mon fils de 14 ans en plus de la mienne.L'hôtel est sensé accueillir les animaux domestiques mais ça aussi ça s'est avéré compliqué et au final nous avons pu rester avec notre chien contre un paiement de 45 eur par jour.Très déçue, un séjour pour 4 nuit 1660 eur sans petit déj dans une chambre familiale d'un hôtel plus que moyen .

Accueil chaleureux, chambre et sanitaires très propre. La proximité de la plage et des nombreux restaurants est un vrai plus. Il est également possible de se garer dans le coin sans trop marcher. Petit bémol : l’heure de départ fixée à 10h30, me parait un peu tôt.. Mais dans l’ensemble tout était parfait

Hôtel chaleureux personnel accueillant et sympathique mais points négatifs de la chambre INSONORISATION on entend toutes les chambres qu’elles soient à côté ou au dessus. Le bruit de la chasse d’eau est aussi un problème on entend l’eau de la chambre du dessus coulé dans les tuyaux En résumé hôtel pas incroyable mais acceptable pour le prix. Je ne le recommande pas
