Hotel Paradisio by WP Hotels

- it wan't really clean at my check inn. - very noisy inside the hotel I heard everything. - nobody came to clean up the room the second Day. + The Lady in the reception was really friendly. + The hotel is close to the beach.

The only positieve I can think of was the lady at the reception. Room was ‘t cleaned and really dirty. Elevator only to go up. No airco, The price for 1 night is to much for a room like this. Never ever go back there again. Of this is 3 stars they are counting them in the Sky as this is worthless.

The room wasn‘t clean, and it was super hot. No hair dryer sadly. A dog was barking all night long in one of the rooms. The walls are thin so you hear every single noise. Too pricey for what you get. On the positive note, it‘s located directly at the beach.

Nice that a late check in was possible. Bit of confusion at night, I went to pick up my key at the mentioned hotel but upon arrival at paradisio there was also a card reservated for me next to the hotel. Nice and warm water in shower Some recommendations to reach 3 star quality: -poor wifi signal, please place an enhancer -bin needs to be fixed -make sure to replace sheets after every guest, there was sand in the bed before I entered it! -fix broken windows (couldnt close) and clean them -put a hairdryer in bathroom -make sure to check whether there is plenty of soap and kleenex in the dispensers -clean the tv remote after every guest with damp cloth -change shower curtain into glass wall, water gets out of shower on the floor now. -put 1 extra towel in each room -have someone at the desk for early check out (from 7-8am) -replace tab (there's a shelve in the way of opening the tab) -install a toilet paper roll holder Furthermore, a pity of the noise at night and that the rooms are so small...

My husband and I wanted to spend 1 night in this hotel. We booked and payed in advance. The day before my husband injured his knee severely, we had to end our holidays and drive home early. I tried to contact Hotel Paradisio several times to ask wether we would get our monay back, but there was no answer instead of an email to evaluate our stay. Well, here it is. Zero dtars. Couldn't be worse!

The ladies at the reception were great. Our room 28 was redecorated and the basics were fine and our room was clean. The next 20% which needs to be done for a perfect stay: add a toiletpaper holder, replace showercurtain with a glass door, re-install water tap, disconnect heater in bathroom which starts with lightswitch (it already was warm), at night we had a dilemma: we could open the window but because of the noisy street it was difficult to sleep, or close the window and have a warm roomtemperature, there was no airconditioning. And some closetdoor handles needed a fix. Fornunately the drain stench in the bathroom at arrival was gone after two days.

CATASTROPHE HÔTEL 1 - Je devais récupérer la clé de ma chambre dans un autre hôtel car il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir. 2 - Une fois dans la chambre, plein de meuble cassé, dans le frigo une bouteille d’eau à moitié vide, devant la fenêtre plein de mégot de cigarette, et puis dans la salle de bain il y a le chauffage allumé alors qu’il faisait 27 degré…. 3 - A l’accueil il y’a un ventilateur et pas dans notre chambre, il faisait très lourd donc on était obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir mais le problème, c’est qu’il y a 2 restaurants en bas de l’hôtel et il y a beaucoup de bruit que se soit dehors et même dans l’hôtel on entend tout ! 4 - La propreté….. on en parle même pas, degeulasse !! 5 - Chaines de télé, il n’y a même pas les chaînes françaises, vous êtes sérieux ?? Bref, à fuir !!! Ne gâchez pas vos vacances !! Seul point fort, c’est que c’est à 100m de la mer c’est tout.
