The bed and breakfast is stunning, with spotless rooms that are meticulously maintained. The owners have thought of everything, even including a hair straightener in the bedroom. The beds are comfortable, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. They went the extra mile to make the partner's birthday special, providing the most delicious breakfast. Overall, it's a five-star property.

We had a relaxing break in Blaisdon House greeted with a warm welcome from hosts Sue & Chris stayed in room 2 which was perfect clean comfortable spacious en-suite facilities great . Breakfast was excellent and hosts made you feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble honesty bar in lounge garden with chickens great break highly recommended

Absolutely perfect. We visited for our wedding anniversary and stayed 2 nights - we had the 4 poster room, which has a lovely view. Great hosts who made us feel welcome without being in any way intrusive, little extras such as homemade cake in the room were special and the room itself was stunning. Immaculate, clean and beautiful decor. Bed was comfortable and the room has everything you could need. The decor throughout the house was gorgeous and felt very high quality, whilst still remaining comfortable and unpretentious. We were given information about local places to visit, including the pub over the road which is also well worth a visit. The breakfast was delicious and service again very friendly but not intrusive. Separate tables for breakfast which I personally much prefer to a large shared guest table. Overall, this was a really lovely stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Blaisdon House. Chris and Sue were very warm, attentive and welcoming hosts and the accommodation was fantastic. The decor in every room was absolutely stunning and the whole house was warm and very comfortable. We were instantly made to feel at home, we even enjoyed a game of scrabble by the open fire in the drawing room. The breakfast was delicious, making the entire stay an absolute treat! Beautiful house, scrumptious breakfast and lovely hosts. With the added benefit of being conveniently placed opposite the lovely village pub. The B&B is an ideal base for countryside walks both locally and in the Forest of Dean. The historic market town of Ross-on-Wye is also only a short drive away.

This beautifully renovated old vicarage provides character and history without missing out on the modern conveniences and comfort we all hope for these days. Our bedroom was large, clean and welcoming with a very comfortable bed and fluffy white towels in the ensuite. I appreciated the large dressing table with a double plug next to the mirror and the quality hair dryer in the drawer. The views of the countryside from the windows are stunning and we enjoyed the local walks we went on. Sue and Chris were extremely helpful without being overbearing - exactly the right balance! And the breakfasts were delicious with top quality food freshly cooked and plenty of choice, beautifully presented. We couldn't have been made more welcome and would love to come back.

My husband and I stayed here in room 2 for 3 nights. What an amazingly comfortable room. The bed was very comfy and the everything was to perfection. There were extras that you would be hard to find in a top London hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a two night stay at Blaisdon House. A beautifully restored house with lots of character and charm. Comfortable as well as luxurious, boutique style bedrooms with every amenity you could need for a break away from home. Chris and Sue are friendly and informative hosts who are passionate about the local area, places to visit and eateries. They offer a great choice for breakfast of organic and local produce, eggs from their own hens. Well cooked, presented and very tasty. Would highly recommend
