We came to Bismarck last minute for my aunt's funeral. The GM Brayden and the entire staff made us feel right at home! I couldn't have felt more comfortable given the circumstances. They provided a Very clean, modern, friendly experience! Everyone was so professional, polite, and understanding. Thank you! Great job to the Courtyard in Bismarck!

Stayed there one night for business. Modern hotel but not up to courtyard quality compared to others. The TV screen welcomed another guest. Trash bin under desk not emptied. Toilet seat completely up which makes me wonder if they cleaned the toilet at all. Breakfast disappointingly. The breakfast bowel supposed to come with quinoa or brown rice. None was available. Only potatoes. The avocado toast I chose instead was the worst I have had. A thin smear of avocado, the palest eggs I have ever been served and the arugula drenched in an oily dressing all just for 15$ uh. If I ever have to go to Bismarck again the courtyard will not be my choice.

This is a nice Courtyard Marriott, conveniently located and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the worst part about our stay is something no one can control: it is the "thumpiest" hotel I've ever stayed in! The hotel was full the weekend we stayed, and we heard noise from every direction -- the rooms beside, above, and under us, and also the hallways. The room above us sounded like they were jumping off of the bed onto the floor, or stumbling and falling every few steps. Luckily everyone was quiet or sleeping by 11PM, but it was a lot. Again, otherwise our stay was great! I feel bad for the staff if they have to take noise complaints all the time!

This hotel is underwhelming to say the least. I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and this hotel is by far one of the most unclean hotels I’ve stayed at in quite some time. The pillowcases had black hairs on them, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time, there was left over powder makeup all over the washcloths, the shower curtain had mold growing all over it, the drain was rusted out etc., had I not been with my family and staying on points, I would have left. This hotel really needs to work on the room cleanliness. I will not stay here again.

Hotel was very well kept, loved the pool and courtyard area. Customer service was top notch. Great location front desk staff was helpful and the manager was extremely helpful for a minor issue I had during my stay. House keeping came too early a couple of the days and she addressed the issue immediately and compensated it accordingly making me feel like my concerns were taken care of and cared about

Overall, a great experience. Front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was a nice size. I was pleasantly surprised by the very large shower! It felt like I was at a resort! We called for more towels in the morning, and the staff was so friendly and had more towels at our door before I knew it. Our daughter had a great time in the pool, and the bartender at the cafe was willing to make me something special. Located close to some great restaurants in walking distance. Definitely coming back!

Stayed at the CMB for one night for business. The hotel is about a 10-15 min drive from the airport. It’s close to a number of restaurants (Olive Garden, BW3). The hotel is clean and welcoming. Front desk staff, especially the night team was very friendly. The rooms are well apportioned and comfortable. Beds are easy to fall asleep in. Bathroom is a good size, water hot, and shower pressure great. I’ve stayed in a competing property in the past, and this hotel is much nicer. Downers: while the exercise room is basic, the TVs are a little wonky and one of the treadmills’ buttons don’t work. Not a deal breaker. The one slight negative is that the hotel does not have a complimentary breakfast but does have a counter to order food…service at the counter isn’t as friendly as the front desk staff. Everyone can have a bad day, and it wasn’t bad enough that I’d stay somewhere else

Hotel was clean and appeared well maintained, but... Room was cheaply appointed with worn towels. Bed sheets & blankets were too small to cover two average size people. Dumb shower design doesn't allow temp adjustment without spraying out the door. Tiny furniture, perhaps intended to make the room seem bigger than it is. For example, the bedside table holds the house phone and almost nothing more. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. It must be purchased at the cafe which did not open until 7:00 am on Saturday after being dark on Friday evening. If this is the new standard for Courtyards ( I have stayed in many), the competition should be dancing in the streets.

Clean basic hotel. Expensive for a one night stay. Room size was average. Customer was solid. Would stay here again. Convenient location………….to everything. Breakfast isnt free………. Book with confidence. If I read this give it a thumbs up!
