Absolutely appalling accommodation. Room smelt. Door handle was falling off , Bathroom not fit to be used mouldy shower cubicle cracked and dirty disgusting Looked like student accommodation, and I would hate any student to have to stay there !

Appalling accommodation. Bathroom was not usable shower unhygienic and moldy. Door handle falling off . Room smelt. Did not dare sleep in the bed when I saw the state of the bathroom. Looked like student accommodation and would hate any student to have to stay there! Would not recommend.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this as I complained when I arrived me nothing happened.
Room filthy and mouldy
Window would not shut so room was freezing
25 minutes from the markets which was not stated on the website as stated it’s one of the closest hotels
Not stated it’s uni accommodation and full of kids
Room is not located near any of the facilities
Not happy at all
And my complaint was ignored

Peter Scott House showing signs of wear and tear and could do with a lick of paint, unlike it's parent hotel, Edgbaston Park Hotel, which is pristine.

Room was clean and warm and had everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast was lovely. Very good value for money.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Room and everything we needed, check in was smooth and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
