Birmingham South (Hall Green)

Diane and the team made us both feel welcome. Diane delivered over & beyond excellent customer service, supporting my wife whilst I had major surgery in Solihull Hospital until my discharge. Diane ensured we were both comfortable & understood my special post op dietary needs. Our room was clean, airy & had all modern cons. Mattress and choice ofbpillows made sleeping very easy & comfortable. A massive thank you to a top customer focused team. Thank you all (especially Diane).

This location suited us as it was close enough and convenient to get into Birmingham. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and very helpful (Steve, Diane, Milli & Marie).

Me and my girlfriend stayed for the night while visiting Birminghams Symphony Hall for a show. Location was easy to find and plenty of car park spaces available. Toby Cavery next door if you’re looking for a bite to eat. Check in was very smooth and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and quick getting us our key cards. We were also offered breakfast as an add on which came with plenty of information if we decided to add this to our stay. My reg was also taken upon arrival so I wasn’t ticked in the car park. Room was immaculate, everything in order and working. Very nice Premier Inn room. Very handy if your visiting into Birmingham centre as an Uber into the centre was £12 that and back (even at 1am). Check out also very smooth the morning after. Would highly recommend!

Steve couldn’t have been more helpful on check in. Moved me to a ground floor room to support my disability. Lovely refurbished room. Diane very helpful and friendly at breakfast. Quick service. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Hotel was beautiful and in an ideal location for our visit. Staff were friendly and polite and very efficient. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. One of the best hotels I stayed in and will be back

Happy with the stay as usual! We also came downstairs just before 11 to try and make breakfast. We were served by Diane and Tracy, they were both fantastic and super attentive. Will definitely visit again! Thanks guys

Over night stop as we were visiting friends for a party in the area. Super friendly staff right through from checking in to checking out. Arrived at about 5.30pm but could have had the room from 3pm, which was great. Easy check-in and welcoming staff of arrival. Another definite added bonus was the 12pm check out. No rushing to get out. Plenty of time for a leisurely breakfast and pack up. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A sweet added touch that our daughter came in to a colouring page, crayons, kitkat and a little glider plane on her bed! Even at 13 she loved it! Beds were super comfy, no disturbances during the night so slept well. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had and also, the freshest. All cooked to order too. Tracey who was in the kitchen was great and the breakfast reflected this. Plenty of choice for both a cooked option and the continental style. Definitely worth paying the extra to include breakfast and as you get in all Premier Inn’s, our daughter ate free! We were shown to our table and served by a very lovely lady called Diane. She made us feel so welcome and chatted to us about our stay and the local area. Having such attentive staff really makes a difference to the quality of your stay. Such a relaxed vibe. Nothing was too much effort. We also liked the fact that there was a “top-up” station by reception so you could access more little milk pots, tea and coffee for the room. Hotel is tucked away behind The Toby Carvery. I wondered if it would be noisy due to this and the proximity to the road; But it was so quiet! We would definitely return here if we wanted to visit the area again or use it as a base to visit the city centre. Keep up the good work all of you and thank you to all of the staff at South Hall Premier Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Me and my partner come here 4 breakfast and we must admit Tracy the chef cooks an amazing breakfast and the staff are amazing, thank you dianne(lady di) for your help when we come for our breakfast and thank u to the reception staff for being friendly and making us feel welcome.

The usual Premier inn standard. Clean comfortable and does what is says on the tin. Will definitely use Premier inn again.
