We stayed at Hall Green for a family wedding. The hotel was lovely and clean as well as our room, which had an excellent shower! Our special praise and thanks must go to Steve on reception and Diane, our breakfast server. They are a credit to your company.

Wonderfully friendly staff, especially Diane and Tracey who made breakfast such a joy! Haven't had such good customer service in a long time. Room was very clean and quiet. Reception staff very helpful and friendly too. Definitely would recommend!

Great stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a coffee machine with pods, Hairdryer and clothing iron which was helpful. Only downside was loud closing of doors in the passage way. Excellent breakfast efficiently served with a smile and positive attitude by Dianne. Thank you!

Have to say a special thank you to the manager working late who let me in on Sunday 31st May and even more to Diane and the chef on breakfast shift 1st June, who made me breakfast to order just for me after packing away (I was before 11am on time but it was 10.53am so was close) Wonderful service and so polite too! Definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing stay, Steve on reception was so warm welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Great delicious breakfast with free child meal which was appreciated. Comfortable beds and very quiet and peaceful so an amazing nights sleep. Faultless stay

Nice location for the NEC just a 20 minute drive, with supermarkets and takeaways. The staff were the cherry on the cake, Steve on reception and Diane in the restaurant , two great people who were very welcoming and extremely helpful. First time I have been to Birmingham and I left with a great impression of the people.

Stayed here for a gig in Moseley and booked this hotel for the price. I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the hotel, room and the facilities on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking facilities are good. Had breakfast which was very good with plenty on offer. I will stay here again for future nights out.

Diane and the team made us both feel welcome. Diane delivered over & beyond excellent customer service, supporting my wife whilst I had major surgery in Solihull Hospital until my discharge. Diane ensured we were both comfortable & understood my special post op dietary needs. Our room was clean, airy & had all modern cons. Mattress and choice ofbpillows made sleeping very easy & comfortable. A massive thank you to a top customer focused team. Thank you all (especially Diane).
