Location is near Lagoi Bay only but is far from city area like Tanjung Pinang. Place is great if you looking for quietness. Lagoi Bay has a minimart and is near Warung Yeah!. Clealiness is quite bad, the toilet bowl is clean but you can tell it is used since day 1 with all the stains and is loosened. There are spider webs on the dressing table and the outdoor shower has litters too. The bathroom towels have stains as well and is very worn out already. The living room cabinets are also torn. The soundproofing of the rooms are bad. This Villa need to do a huge renovation to make it look new again. But at least the pool is clean and have filters. The good side is the service from the front desk is great, they respond and rectify issues quickly. Although the housekeeper can be improved, the cleaning is not done daily, no top ups of toilet papers and the bed is not made. They need proper trainings. The breakfast is great with decent variety to choose from and it is sent to the room in the morning at the time that we choose. We also engaged massage service. The baju given is not cleaned at all, there are stains and suspected is being reuse from the previous customer from another room. But the masseur skill is good. The hotel driver is friendly and very helpful! Ok thats all for my review, 4D3N in the signature villa.
