It is typical hotel for me. There is a small mini mart nearby where we can buy snacks. I enjoyed their wellness spa and food. Rooftop swimming view is nice.

Grand Lagoi provides free shuttle services upon arrival and departure. While Grand Lagoi is situated beside Plaza Lagoi, but Plaza Lagoi has nothing to offer given that all the tenants have already closed down (sadly). Hence, you are left with limited food options should you not venture outside the hotel. Else, rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are ok-ish, but generally still alright. Service is ok too. Family and I stayed here for 2 nights and I think that’s the maximum days already :)

Room was great. Pool is nice and there are free bicycles for rental, but gym is very small and equipment old. Free shuttle service to and fro ferry terminal as well. Shops nearby have been closed since COVID-19 so not much happening nearby, but very peaceful place near the beach and lake.

Great service, very friendly staff. Very bike-friendly. Hotel even has hybrid and tandem bikes for guests’ use. Contacted hotel for a special birthday celebration, and they pulled it off very smoothly and discreetly. Room is very clean, with a balcony on the terrace. Rooftop bar has great food. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. There is a recreation room and spa within hotel grounds. A walk away from the Plaza Lagoi (which comes alive only on weekends). We went on a five-day cycling trip, and get ice buckets sent to our room each time we return to the hotel! The one place where you can have a great sunrise and sunset view!

Great stay and nice place to relax. The room are spacious and very good for the price. The breakfast was good. All the staff are very accomodating and always willing to assist with smile😊. Hope the Grand Lagoi plaza shops will open soon so the place can recover to help jobs for locals. Overall is very good.

We booked for two nights here and the service was wonderful! The staff and receptionist are helpful and super nice. They drove us to the hotel from the ferry terminal with sincere help and service! Worth trying if it is the first time for you to visit Bintan. The swimming pool here is awesome!

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Love the Christmas buffet, but the Room service food need alot of improvement. Taste wise was not that great.

Great new hotel near the beach with amazing rooftop pool. Great food. And you can borrow bicycles in the hotel to ride around the lagoon.

Hotel locations and room nice .Hight floor and rooftop swimming pools is perfect.

The hotel itself is decent. Clean and the breakfast was good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle available from ferry terminal. However the surrounding areas seems rather forlorn. Plaza Lagoi next to the hotel did not survive covid 19. All shops were closed. The beach area has only 1 cafe, 2 very basic mini marts, 1 local food restaurant and 1 seafood restaurant. The restaurant at the hotel is pricey. The food was OK but the Pho I ordered did not come hot, only warm, which is weird for a soup noodle. The best part of the place is the lake next to it. I had a good jog around the beautiful lake (abt 7km) at sunset. You can choose to cycle around it too. The beach is clean and the water clear.

Staff very friendly but my aircon don works well. Toilet door also cannot close.

Lovely moment at Hotel Grand Lagoi by willsom, Bintan ❤️❤️❤️ Natural Lake, Beautiful Beach are surrounded around the hotel ❤️❤️❤️ Hotel Staffs are friendly and kindly ❤️❤️❤️ Beautiful and peaceful island that I have ever seen before. Can feel the nature thoroughly. Traditional seafood are also amazing. I like to go there again for next vacation ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is clean and is just a stone's throw away from Lagoi Beach. Their Wellness Spa is also pretty good. Recommend for a calm getaway!
