Staff very friendly! Had specials, such as complimentary waffle breakfast and Root beer floats. Only complaint is no AC which is common for area

We stayed at snow lake lodge for three nights family trip and it was the best experience we ever had. Everything was flawless and clean, the condo had everything we needed, service was professional and excellent.
We loved it here and will return in the future.
I highly recommend this place for anyone

This place was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Loved how it's location was so close everything we loved under 10 mins away. Our room suite felt like had a beautiful luxurious apartemnt all to ourselves with everything we needed. We also love having a pool table in the office especially since covid restrictions still is restricting the pool and spa from being open.
I will definitely be coming here again!

They’ve not cleaned the room well.
In the blanket there has a tiny animal then I finally took the blanket out of bed and throw to the basket and the woods all dusty!

Es un lugar excelente, muy buen servicio, nos regalaron vino el viernes por la tarde y tuvieron un hermoso detalle de cumpleaños a mi esposo, el lugar muy cómodo y amplio. Dos baños, dos chimeneas, la cocina muy bien equipada, con lavaplatos, licuadora, horno, realmente pensaron en todo.
