Great location, only a few minutes walk from Bicester Village. Chinese and Turkish restaurants nearby. Very polite front desk. Free parking. Room comfortable for two people, with free tea, coffee and milk.

應該是入住此次英國以來最差的酒店了，沒有之一，1300多的價格就是國內漢庭的配置，要求的是180cm的床結果給的卻是小床，衞生也不乾淨，床單上還有毛髮，半夜會突然自己開冷風被凍死，也就是真的太累了懶得折騰了。

便捷酒店屋內沒有冰箱可以理解 前台有冰箱卻説沒有 明目張膽的諞話講起來臉不紅心不跳 這在英國人是不常見的 可以直接説不對外

如家的水平但勝在房間算英國比較大的了 來比斯特逛住一晚很方便

The room was clean, thank you Dawn. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location near to the Bicester Village and the Retail park. Parking facilities were free which we were happy about. Magda and Ellie were fantastic on our departure, ever so kind and very informative.

Lovely clean, large room with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I stay in Premier Inns a lot with work trips and this was the best that I have stayed in.

Great stay, bed and food perfect for my trip. The team were proactive in making sure my motorcycle was secure, which is really refreshing.

Had a fantastic stay at Bicester Premier Inn. The reception staff and the head house keeper made me feel so welcome. Sorry I didn't get their names. Definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you so much ladies. I can not wait to come back and see you all again.

I have not visited this hotel for a few months but was looking forward to the stay from past experiences. Arrival was easy with spaces available in the car park and reception well signed and accessed. I was greeted in reception almost like a family member who hadn’t been seen in years - after a very long day of travel and difficult work it was appreciated more than they would realise. The process was very quick and professionally done by Magda, once again much appreciated. I was allocated what had become my favourite room from past experiences (good memory) and was overwhelmed by the gifts and card waiting in the room for me welcoming me back, I tried not to touch the chocolates but somehow they disappeared overnight! The room was cleaned to a very high standard and maintained without any faults as can be expected from the manager PJ’s directions. There were only a couple of minor issues. Firstly, although the Wi-Fi is good it frequently disconnects, frustrating if trying to make a TEAMS call from the room. This has been a common issue across the Premier Inn hotels but can be improved as demonstrated by the setup at Witney Premier Inn who had swapped to BT(?) during one of my stays making a vast improvement on speed and connection. Secondly, on my last night there was an issue with the key cards with access to the room only with assistance from reception staff. Very frustrating and almost felt like being in an old style seaside B&B with restricted access out of hours.
