Possibly the best hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in India. Arrived very late and very tired to a very warm welcome and an immediate check on whether I required anything to eat or drink. Beautiful room overlooking the pool with the added pleasure of the horse track below so I could wa5ch the horses being exercised in the morning. Used the excellent spa and frankly I don’t know where to begin with restaurants of which there are four on site. Caffechino is excellent for proper coffee and cake, Under the Mango Tree offers a wide menu with a barbecue theme and it’s goes on and on. Superb breakfast buffet with excellent Indian and western choices as well as pastries and excellent coffee and tea. Top marks all round!

Had a Royal experience in the Jehan Numa Palace. Mr Abdul Hamid helped in easy check-in and was courteous. Recommended for a luxurious and peaceful stay. Exotic locations amidst the nature. Really liked the overall stay food and palace. Best stay!!

one of the best and spacious hotel complex in terms of area. Food was good. The hospitality was awesome. The walk-around the hotel is what I liked most. it has all the amenities one can think of.. located in one of the best location in Bhopal....

Great and lovely experience! Wish for the success and betterment of the entire team and Hotel! The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel were also very good. Best of luck for everything! Glad to be a part and stay there for two days! Will surely visit next time and recommend others to stay there !

Nice hotel....food is best...special thanks to miss Yashika and miss Fareena for making my wifes birthday special......when you come to bhopal do vist this hotel as it has 5 restaurants with impeccable quality and service. Had a great time.

The stay was nice they decorated the room nicely but after the cake cutting the front office staff was like hungry to have the cake I didn't like this kind of behavior. Then we faced a disturbance in the room due to the work going on above the room .. The Sales person was very polite and cooperative he shifted and updated our room which was much better and good... we asked the call boy to check the room and place our all luggage in the updated room but our some things were left in the old room next day when asked to check then they found it & returned .. this shows how attentive the person is! I also took Head Spa Therapy, which was not satisfying and relaxing and not worth it. The major issue I faced on the checkout day after checkout I asked to keep my luggage in their luggage room for some time as my Train was delayed but as I returned hotel I saw my luggage was kept at the entrance, not in the luggage room. Also, I requested water in reception but there was no response after checkout there is not a good service. All over I could say the management should look into such staff behavior, hospitality, spa staff it could be much better.

The room alloted ( 318) seemed as if the room was in front of a Trash bin station used by the Housekeeping staff and they parked those trolleys in front of the room for the entire one day that I stayed at Jehan Numa Palace. This was a very unusual experience which I had not accepted while I appreciate that they provided an early check in . The front desk staff, even out of courtesy, did not ask how my stay was as they were busy in their own work during check out and doing multi tasking while carrying out the Check out process else would have provided this feedback to them... This customer experience can be avoided.

Our experience was amazing. Staff is also very polite. Incredibly maintained palace. We specifically come here to find peace. We ordered food and recipe is quite different and authentic. Moreover me and my spouse have special connection to this palace. So we always love to be here.
