+ Nice hotel. Stayed in 417 4th floor. Good space and fantastic view over the trees in the park. Sunny balcony until 18 afternoon. Good bed. Kitchen can be used bringing own equipment. Easy connected to mitte. Working environment seems ok. - Bad inside clima atmosphere in the room. Very hot roomtemperatur without having windows/balconydoor open. Damp after showering. Disappointing beakfast offer, including coffe, but nice outside/Backyard aerea to eat breakfast. No furnished balcony. Got no information about the closed restaurant before we got there. Having Windows/balcony door open at night due to bad inside ventilation entailed pretty much nightlife sound, also from park partys. Booked via Secret Escape. It was not as expected.

Superb place to stay. Recommend it. Pity it's location in the former East Germany and not on the Kurfürstendamn in West Berlin where it belongs. vistors to Berlin from West Germany won't want to stay there.

My son checked in at 9pm last night. He had to call me as they could not see his booking (though this was booked and paid for in advance). The staff were incredibly unprofessional. He was eventually sent up to his room after midnight at 12:30am !! So he had to wait 3.5 hours to be sent up to his room.

My friend and myself popped in past today to use the toilets. Best poop we have ever done in the downstairs public restrooms. The cubicles were soundproof and the paper towels were even luxurious. Highly recommend. 5 ⭐️. Thanks for having us 😊

Very pleasant service and nice atmosphere not too far away from Alexanderplatz. We had a cozy 3rd floor room with a shower. Bed was excellent but the pillows were almost too large to sleep with. There was a large variety of different foods to choose from at breakfast: traditional German foods accompanied with some basic continental dishes e.g. fruits, cheese and eggs.

The location is very calm area. No resturant or supermarkets nearby, at least 10 mins. Walking distance. It is clean hotel but very old furniture. Some rooms with closed door of old furniture, so always feeling something hidden. No refrigerator , no saving box are available inside the room. The bellows is very soft, not easy to be used and no hard bellows or medical ones. The front desk are friendly and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast can be considered very good with helping people.

Nice friendly hotel nearby center with large spacy rooms, very quiet from surroundings and good value for money. We went alting with friends and will surely be back again for more stays in lovely Berlin.

Ich hatte eine Deluxe Junior Suite gebucht, erst beim CheckIn wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass die Suiten überbucht sind und ich ein Downgrade auf ein normales Doppelzimmer erhalte. Dieses Zimmer hatte zudem weder Balkon noch Kühlschrank. Ich habe keine Teilrückerstattung erhalten, sondern dreist das Angebot, dass ich bei der nächsten Buchung ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalte. Ähm nein danke, zumal das Frühstück ganz unterer Standard war.

Ich hatte Junior Suite Deluxe gebucht , wollte aber die mit Küchenzeile und TV vom Bett aus schauen. Es wurde innerhalb der sehr kurzen Zeit ermöglicht ,ich glaube sogar , daß ich eine andere Zimmer Kategorie bekommen habe ,es war ziemlich groß, größer als 34 m2... Allerdings sehr altbacken die Einrichtung , aber sauber ,und das ist sehr wichtig. Leider lag das Zimmer am äußersten Ende. , was ich ungünstig finde, in den Fluren , genau wie in allen Räumlichkeiten sehr stickig, schlechte Luft. Das schlimmste war aber das Umfeld , der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf eine unansehnliche Hauswand ..... Der Garten ,wo man morgens frühstücken kann, sehr verwildert, sehr ungepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücks Raum wirkten sehr desinteressiert, der Raum selbst ungemütlich , das Frühstück durchschnittlich, mehr nicht. Es wurde beim Check Out nicht gefragt ob alles ok war. Keine gute Heimreise oder ähnliches..... Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.
