Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc..

Worth every penny. Strategically located, room is newly renovated, breakfast is good,specially the coffee.

Хороший отель. В стороне от дороги и в одной остановке от зоопарка и Tiergarten. В отеле чисто. Уборка каждый день. Континентальной завтрак. Персонал помогал, объяснял как куда добраться. Приехали раньше времени заезда- проблем не было. Не дорогой. Могу рекомендовать.

Everything was good during my 4 days i was there . No complaints about anything. The only thing to improve is the weak WIFI in the 3 rd floor . Internet comes and goes . That is the only observation i can make

We had a 4 nights stay at the hotel. Its really close to the zoo and alot of amazing shopping possibilities. The rooms where OK just to sleep inn.

Great hotel! Room was clean, large, had all the amenities I needed. Staff was very friendly. Area was very convenient for getting to public transportation. Would stay again.

Great location if you want to be central but in a quiet area, 5 minute walk to the zoo and aquarium and about 15 to the train station. Building is very warm, so if you're worried about staying in Autumn/ Winter - don't be!

Room was fab. Even though there was construction outside, we couldn’t hear it. Staff were pleasant and friendly. We will be back again soon.

Good, complete room, nice bed, pleasant staff. You have pay extra for kitchen utensils. Some minor defects in the bathroom/shower. Standard available is a water cooker, which keeps boiling, does not switch off automatically. Bikes for rent are available, but of poor quality (on 1 the saddle was very loose, on nr. 2 the side stand was broken.

Great stay, clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful Fantastic kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave and hob as well as utensils. Convenient location. Just need to put some handle on all drawers so you can open them!

perfect location within easy walking distance to the Tiergarten park and lots of restaurants, kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave was a pleasant surprise also. Staff were very helpful too, breakfast had amazing selection, EUR14 a little pricey maybe but was full after it.

We enjoyed our visit in Berlin. Hotel was great.Good location. Helpful with our issue of missing luggage.

Friendly check in. Rooms are clean with kitchenette and microwave however no utensils. No air conditioning but a fan is provided and windows can open for a breeze but not ideal in a hot summer.
