Was a 3 night stay, didn't use much of facilities, but it's a proper city hotel, clean with kind staff! Can only recommend!

Hotel ist etwas älter und optisch in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und einladend. Betten sehr bequem. Das Geräusch der Minibar hat nachts gestört (wie ist diese überhaupt in Betrieb wenn leer?), ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück fanden wir entgegen der anderen Bewertungen enttäuschend. Viele Convenience Produkte, außer Hummus und Quark keine frischen Aufstriche, wenig Auswahl bei den Brötchen. Es war okay aber erwarten Sie kein ausgefallenes frisches üppiges selbstgemachtes Essen. Fanden wir sehr schade, da das Hotel echt super war. Das Restaurant das das Frühstück veranstaltet könnte etwas mehr Mühe aufwenden für frische Speisen

性價比很高的一家酒店。設施稍微有點舊，但是很乾凈，服務也中規中矩。 地理位置很好，走路不到10分鐘就能到地鐵5號線Frankfurter Allee，柏林幾乎所有的著景點都在這條線路上。還有 Sbahn 42號/8號/9號線也可抵達。

Spacious rooms with great views of the city. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. No breakfast on site but next door in the excellent Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for a longer stay.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast is an amazing buffet with so many choices! The only downside was no exercise area.

Clean hotel, quite a long way from the city centre in a bit of a run down area. Easy transport links with underground and overground stations all within a 5-10 minute walk. We booked breakfast as an option which was simple continental breakfast at the adjoining Italian restaurant.

We stayed here to go to the Christmas markets. The location is great and easy to hop on the underground. An Aldi across the road is good for snacks. The hotel restaurant was brilliant. We had a lovely meal and very good value for money. The staff were Very accommodating and excellent and it was my daughter's birthday and they made a fuss of her which was lovely. Overall very pleased with the room. Had all the things we needed. Not luxury but comfortable

Hotel and staff were excellent. Ideal location for us. Plenty of public transport a very short walk away. Rooms in hotel were great, plenty of space, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities provided. And a safe if required. Rooms were also very clean. No noise at all either. Brilliant for a city hotel. I do love this hotel and will be back at the first opportunity.

Very helpful desk staff on Wednesday 30.10.24, who helped me with my parking in the area. Check-in was quick and efficient, room was ready, breakfast was full of choice, staff were attentive and were responsive to requests, a pleasant stay allround.

We were in Berlin for the wedding of my cousin. We stayed in NH Berlin City Ost. It was an incredible experience. The receptionists (both the Turkish guy (sorry dont' remember his name) and Niloufar) have been really really helpful. We asked if we could have our rooms early , which they kindly did. We needed two extra two rooms for our guests who came to Berlin and they were not happy with their hotels. These receptionists arranged those rooms quickly without any issues. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I go back to Berlin.

Excellent hotel given the very reasonable price. Good location (Berlin Ost) for clubbing. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. I didn't book breakfast but will next time as standards seem very high.

Slightly out of the centre of town, but with good cheap transport connections, and only 15 minutes travel time to centre of the city. breakfast and location of a good Italian restaurant helpful, along with self service in reception.

A really clean hotel just a short distance from the centre of the city. The rooms are very clean with all amenities. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome. You have a choice to have your room serviced daily or not, and the incentive is a free drink or snack per person in the room if you choose not to. You can request fresh towels or anything else you may need. My only disappointment was the bed. It was so incredibly hard, and I ended up sleeping in the chair in the room for 2 of my 3 nights (the chair was very comfortable) the duvets and pillows were of a lovely quality. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss, 2 out of the 3 mornings there was little to no hot option left and even with over an hour to go before the end of service it was not being replenished. There was plenty of cold options, but when it's -3 outside and snowing, a hot breakfast is a better start to the day. The Italian Restaurant attached was very good, and the food authenticially Italian. It was very fairly priced and portions were huge. Transport to the city is super easy with 2 stations within 10 minutes walk one to the left and one to the right.. the S Bhan was also next to the U Bhan station. I would happily stay at this hotel again.
