It is very close to the Bergamo station, a 5-minute straight walk from the station. The amenities are simple (body soap & shampoo and a cotton bud). The room we booked was 16m2, but we felt more spacious. The staff were very kind, and the stay was pleasant.

a nice hotel with a big comfortable bed. Great Breakfast with cake, salami, bacon, fresh fruit, salad and coffee from the big machine with fresh milk. Hotel don’t have a car park but has one the indoor car park next the hotel. The location is great, I really recommend when you visit Bergamo!👍

The hotel was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. The staff very kind and helpful. The location was ideal, near to the city center If I visit again Bergamo city, I will definitely choose the same hotel! Thank you!

It’s close station. It’s very comfortable and nice room. Breakfast was perfect and enough of selections. Staffs were very friendly.

Hotel does NOT supply rooms booked by Trip. It gives a lesser room and pretends not to understand. A privilege room without privileges. Trip skirt around the issue but fail to support you the customer!! Steer clear of both Accor Hotels, particularly Mecure brand and Trip!!

This hotel was our most expensive but most disappointing. Both nights (different rooms) were very noisy til the early hours of the morning. Although I had requested vegan options for breakfast there was only tomatoes & lettuce as savoury options. I asked on the first day for something the next but still no change. We also requested twin beds but on the first night had a double bed. On the positive side most staff were very good particularly Confort on reception.

Really clean and tidy, such a lovely hotel with a lovely breakfast. Definitely would return if we were staying in Bergamo again!!!

I had an amazing time here, the staff are so friendly and were very patient with me as i dont speak Italian!! Would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

It was very nice situated hotel, like I wanted, near to the old town and shopping streets, very clean with nice view to Citta Alta and balkony. I really enjoyed that time.

Hotel Pro's: Good central location near bus & train station shops & restaurants. Room reasonable with an outdoor balcony to get fresh air. Some front desk staff very nice, others not so much. Negatives: Poor soundproofing in room for street noise. Temp in room way too hot @ 25 deg & no ability to control thermostat. Uncomfortable hard bed (bedding ok). Bathroom shower flooded entire floor so poor drainage & no means to clear it other than a towel. Poorly appointed tea & coffee supplies with tiny paper cup. Not replenished properly. Mininal toiletries; no shampoo or conditioner which I didn't have. Breakfast was poor & overpriced. Staff in restaurant were running around clearing up while I was having breakfast which made me feel rushed. Coffee machine only rather than a carafe of coffee which was insufficient & slowed down the process with everyone waiting to fill their cups. I thought it was overpriced for the standard provided. It seemed the hotel was providing the minimum while claiming to be four star; I would give it three stars at best.
