The hotel was right beside a beach via underground tunnel, snorkelling was very good, plenty of choice in the buffet. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely especially Nicholas I think his name was in the beach bar.. Evening entertainment was great if you had small kids but for older teenagers and adults it could be improved. Entertainment was really the only down side of a very relaxing holiday.

Our experience was incredibly enjoyable. We had a fantastic time, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist us. Although we encountered a couple of rainy days, there were still plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The food was simply outstanding! Sara from the entertainment team brought so much joy with a variety of activities. Julia from the front desk and Persa bar staff were also delightful and ready to help whenever we needed. We had a late flight but could use all the amenities, And also a room booked to get showers before we left x

Our first holiday as a couple, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On arrival at 1am the receptionist explained how the hotel worked, opening hours etc. In our room we were greeted by sandwiches, water and fruit due to our late arrival. The bed was very comfy, and the room very clean. Some peoples reviews on this hotel about being dated are somewhat true, but they do not claim to be a modern hotel. You get a standard European hotel room. There is nothing wrong with it. Housekeeping came everyday, we received new towels and our beds made. One day we had do not disturb on the door all day as we forgot to take it off and went on a cruise. When returning to hotel they called to check we were okay, and if we needed anything. The pool area was lovely, bar at both. The beach served a light lunch and drinks. The main restaurant was lovely, food was tasty and delicious. I found food to be different every night, mainly breakfast to be repetitive but I’m not sure how they would make it any different as they had hot food and cereals, pastries etc? There is a shop on the resort, staff very helpful and nice. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to benestis and Corfu town, it’s only €2 and they have a timetable. There is a small restaurant further down, but we didn’t try as it’s amongst the trees. One major thing to be aware of is the wasps! It’s more a Corfu island issue than the hotel, but I had no idea they were so bad. This is due to lack of research on my behalf. Our flight home was early Monday morning, we asked if we could keep our room past check out on Sunday and this was not a problem. The staff at this hotel are the best I have come across, very welcoming and kind. I would recommend this hotel and will be returning !

Very good food, nice location and view, warm sea water. just quite far from Kerkyra city. Bus only one per hour. To nearest town Benistes approx 3km (not convenient if you need pharmacy, hotel reception should have at least some medical simple products that help). Would be much better if bed sheets were changed at least once per stay. No problem with fresh towels or sanitary products. Fiendly helpfull hotel workers.

The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was also great and the workers were brilliant (Elvis and Sarah especially) and went above and beyond. The only problem was that the internet wasn’t great in some places, but we had an amazing stay otherwise.

Had a great time staying here, staff were amazing, lovely food, beautiful views. Entertainment/animation team Sara Elvis and Saban were great fun and so good at their jobs, really enjoyed the activities. The *team leader* Sara was brilliant. Also big thanks to Yannis and all the restaurant staff for welcoming us everyday

I gave this hotel a 5 star because there are excellent staff especially the activities for the children that the entertainment team do to keep all of the adults and kids entertained. The staff are really nice and welcoming to the customers the entertainment staff Elvis and Sara they do exceptional evening entertainment and day entertainment. That is why this hotel is a 5 star for me also the hotel is a great place for families to go as they have everything to make your holiday to be the best holiday yet.

I wanted to write a review as I had been reading them a lot before our trip, so hopefully this will be useful to others! Like most people mention, the hotel is in desperate need of updating, definitely for an advertised 4 star hotel. That said, the basic rooms didn’t bother me, they were clean (the cleaning staff were so lovely and worked very hard) and the bed was very comfy. We had our youngest son in with us and there was nowhere near enough storage space or hangers, but we made do. For a couple it would have been fine. We paid extra for a sea view, and it was well worth it. The views from our balcony were stunning. There are two pools, we opted to use the children’s pool mainly as it was quiet and had lovely scenery around, but it is a bit of a walk on an incline with a lot of steps, so not the most accessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs. We did use the main pool too but it was pretty busy. Both pools have a bar next to them, serving alcohol and soft drinks and really nice ice cream of 5/6 flavours. We’d never had a choice of flavours like this in an all inclusive resort so that was a bonus, especially for the kids! Plenty of sun beds available. Loved that the beach is literally over the road with an underground tunnel so it’s safe to get to, and again another bar serving drinks and ice cream. We had two days on the beach, we did get up early (7-8 ish) to get beds but went down later one morning and there were still plenty left. The sea is beautiful, so clear and we fed the fish with bread. Was a lovely experience, there were hundreds round us at one point. It is very rocky / shingle though so swim socks/beach shoes are a must! Food was tasty, plentiful and hot and constantly replenished. Restaurant staff were so polite and attentive. I’m a fussy eater as are my children but there was more than enough to choose from. Breakfast could be improved by offering more fruit options, but none of us went hungry. I can’t comment on the entertainment or kids clubs as our boys are too old for that now but I was disappointed that none of the pool tables were working. There was a heatwave whilst we were there so unfortunately it was too hot for them to be out in, so I do feel there needs to be more for older kids to do inside. This was our biggest disappointment. Location is quiet, we did get a taxi into Corfu old town (40 euros one way) which we loved as offered a taste of authentic Corfu. We also got the bus to Benitses just for a change of scenery. Overall I felt this hotel offers great value for money. For a “fly and flop” holiday it’s brill and we made some lovely family memories.
