Sandos Benidorm Suites

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

On arrival the hotel looks stunning beautiful white leather sofas in reception check in was quick and efficient not overly friendly. 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits. Rooms are lovely twin beds with plenty of hanging space. Separate sitting room and area with fridge and kettle. Bathroom is a good size with walk in shower and 2 shower heads but no extractor fan. The dining room is well laid out and lovely to see reserved seating for disabled guests. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful and always enquire if you need any help. The two head waiters were excellent. There is a great variety of food every day and it's the first hotel the chef was visible at every meal always checking. The only major disappointment was the meal we booked at the in-house Indian restaurant lovely restaurant and again lovely staff but I'm afraid the food was absolutely awful nothing was authentic about the food what a shame. The bar staff were also excellent and boy can they make a cocktail. Overall it's the best hotel I've stayed in and the staff are definitely the hotels greatest asset and deserve the gratitude and praise given to them I would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel and certainly intend to visit again thank you to every staff member

Just returned from a great trip to The Benidorm Sandos Suites for 2 family birthday celebrations. All the staff were great, rooms clean and spacious. Food, drink and evening entertainment very good. We thought the evening meal start time of 7.30pm is a little late. The pool opened at 9.00am so this meant no 6.00am start to get the sunbeds. I wish people wouldn’t feed the pigeons around the pool. We all had a brilliant holiday and will definitely return and hopefully have better weather.

Excellent! Efficient check in, family rooms together and accommodated with a large table, really appreciated. An excellent range of good food for all us fussy eaters, like the help yourself to drinks. Everywhere was clean and well kept, rooms refreshed daily by friendly staff. The entertainment staff were really good with the youngsters, incredible memory for names. The bar staff were super and the lifeguard even on cooler days was attentive and nice. A 10 min walk to the beach, perfect location. Hope to return soon.

Food excellent, good beer and shorts for all inclusive, all in all a great experience, cleaners every day, red hot water for shower, great sized balcony, would of been nice to have a microwave for those late night snacks, couldn't really fault the place.

Family Stay at Sandos Benidorm Suites – Honest Review We’re a family of four and have just returned from a lovely stay at Sandos Benidorm Suites. Highlights Staff: Absolutely incredible, especially the snack bar and bar staff. They work so hard and are always friendly. The animation team for kids was brilliant – they kept all the children entertained every night. My kids loved it (though I think the team might be tired of K-pop Demon Hunters now!). Food & Drink: Good overall, plenty of choice even for picky eaters, though it can get a bit repetitive. The lemon beer is a must-try, and their iced coffee is excellent. Areas for Improvement Indian Restaurant: Unfortunately, a big letdown. The naan bread tasted like pizza bases with garlic puree, and the dishes lacked spice and flavour. Such a shame, because the staff were lovely and it could be so much better. Rooms: Practical for a family of four and cleaned daily, but they could use an update. Air conditioning was staying at 22°C with no instructions when you arrive it felt warm in the heat I wish this could be ajusted. Mirrors were peeling, shower rims and walls a bit grubby, and curtains had small holes. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job though. Pool & Sunbeds: This was frustrating. The website says towels will be removed from reserved loungers, but I never saw this happen. If you don’t queue before 9am, chances are you won’t get a lounger untill the afternoon. Lifeguard presence could be better – I saw a woman fall and hit her head, and it was guests, not staff, who helped. The pool itself is great, but something about the water stained my kids’ white swimsuits yellow. They are ruined, The edges around the pool were also sticky and not pleasant. Overall Despite some negatives, the staff truly make this hotel special with their attentiveness and work ethic. They made our first family holiday abroad memorable, and my children had an amazing time. We would come back again, but hopefully with some improvements to the rooms, Indian restaurant, and pool area.
