nothing to write home about, okay room no air con and outdated room, no soap for bathroom and we got scammed from our €200 deposit for loosing a key and apparently having a messy room (we binned all our food, left the sheets in the bathroom as said and washed up all our dishes) - but couldnt argue as our transport was in 5mins - he kept chaning the price and wanted us to go back to the room with him to clean - very rude staff and a basic hotel - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Woudn't of left a review if this hadn't of happened despite the unkept condition of the room and smashed balcony, black hairs in the bathroom(we are both fair). Im a frequent traveller and this has never happened before in any country I've stayed in. On the 2nd day €40 euros was stolen from our apartment. Coudn't even report it as was terrified of loosing the €200 deposit, but having read the reviews it seems quite alot of people have had this happen to them. Thought it would be safe as no cleaners were due as you had to do all that yourself to get the deposit back. Only saw 1 maid in the hotel during our stay in the lift carrying a kettle and a man directly on our corridor floor painting the walls we were in room 19B. Don't normally leave reviews but people and the staff should be aware they have a thief working there. The good part was it says check in at 5.30pm which is really late for a hotel but we got there around 11.30am as had stayed in another hotel the night before as we had a early morning flight and we didn't want to be waiting around all day to check in. The friendly lady on reception let us check in early as room was ready so that was good. We had lovely views but we didn't feel very safe on the balcony with the glass being smashed. The hotel runs a minibus to take you into town and collect you as it is up a hill which was handy. Would not of left the review had money not been stolen as would rarther not say anything than leave a bad review, we were a mother and daughter just taking a mini break.

After seeing the reviews I was really worried about staying here. The apartment was great very clean and comfortable. No problems getting our deposit back. The only negative I can give is the pool area is not good very basic, no parasols which was not good, small pool,needs updating. No seating area. Full of stags & Hen parties.

Be careful they said they put my deposit back on my card but didn't! Emailed them no answer. Tried ringing no answer. Robbed me of 200 euros and I can see it's not the first time. Jet2 wouldn't help. Be careful! Would love the manager to contact me but can't see it can you?

Unfriendly and threatening signs about costs and losing deposit. I WATCHED THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST PUT MY DEPOSIT BACK ON MY CARD 10 DAYS AGO BUT THE 200 EUROS NEVER ARRIVED BACK INTO MY BANK! Terrible customer service and to be honest they are thief's, I have read i am not the first person this has happened too!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights for new years. We arrived, both tired, after a very early flight, to be told that our room would not be ready for at least another 2+ hours!! (never had this before on an abroad holiday). Tired, stuck with all our luggage, passports etc When we could eventually check in, we were told we had to pay a £200 Euro deposit (never had this as a couple before). Staff were rude, unhelpful and arrogant and just looked like they didn’t want to be there. One time, 2 of the female staff were just chatting and left us there waiting. A male worker came in from the bar area and told them to help us. Room was just OK. Clean, which was the main thing. The balcony was spacious but 18th floor meant we didn’t want to spend time out there. The hotel was very quiet, so not sure why we needed to be on the 18th floor! One evening, my partner and I lost each other and the hotel charged me £25 euro to access my room. No key lost mind, just to open the door for me. No maid / room clean during the 4 days and we had to ask for more toilet rolls. We also had to get up extra early on our last day, to allow staff time to check the room when we left. We weren’t leaving without our deposit back! Other guests said to make sure we emptied our hardly used kitchen bin or they would hold back deposit. I will not be staying here or their sister hotel again. Never stayed in a hotel like this before. I would rather pay a bit more money and at least be treated as a guest on holiday, rather than a burden!!
