Magic Natura Holidaymakers Benidorm ‍‍‍✈️ thank you for making my grandson 1st holiday abroad so magical. Home and finally had a chance to get some sleep. So will give my honest feedback and review. When I 1st looked at the reviews I had mixed feelings so many moans about different things. Have divided up the review so that it helps others in future Check in went smoothly we arrived just after 3ish our room was ready but i know others had to wait as their rooms were not. This can be the only negative i would say as it can be a late check in but you can use the facility while you wait. the staff where so welcoming chatted away asking questions to grandson and always happy to help when we had to go back for anything. A buggy took us to our cabin which was away at the top of the hill. Having some mobility issues that hill was a killer but we managed it and used the bus that runs every 10-15 mins. Rooms They have everything that you need for the stay although the furniture is tired and needing replaced it was still functional. We had a fridge & microwave & kettle. The beds were 2 singles put together to make a large king & a pull out bed that had the TV above it. The shower had some mould around the base and the pressure in the toilet sometime didn't work when 1st flushed . Cleaners came in ever day and the room was moped beds made and towels replaced when needed. The cleaning staff were lovely. We had to get them up to chance my grandson bedding when he was sick and they arrived soon after we had asked reception with a friendly smile cleaned the bedding and wishes him well soon Facility/ restaurants. OK so this is where my review becomes mixed. Your staff are amazing at the desk. The ladies Mabel and Ann always welcome you with a smile and so happy to welcome everyone. The staff inside looked stressed sometime but still pleasant when you said thank you and hello, especially if you said it in Spanish The restaurant 3 was the one we used as didn't book the others, so I can't comment There is something for everyone to eat even though the layout is strange bread in on part but the butter and spreads away at the other side of the restaurant. The hot food was mostly covered and always hot. Choice of meat meat and more meat with some vegetables. The salad bar meat and cheese this needs some consideration food presented beautifully but unfortunately it's let down by not being covered so there is flies on or around the food all the time so can be off putting. The kids selection well that could be improved not much choice of child food grandson lived off chips crisps and toast for most of the time there. He just didn't like the food on offer. He loves pizza but for some reason it was always only ham pizza. The square was a good place to relax have a drink and good entertainment before evening meal. There is an ice cream truck but the staff well the young lad would ignore you as they sat on their phones even when they knew you were there. Didn't a

It is a lively resort, the employees are very friendly and helpful, we have met its director Carlos, he spoke with us, we told them about some uncertainties and he resolved it by worrying about us and giving us the possible answers and corrections, he entered the bar counter and He made us a cocktail that I had never tried before and it was spectacular, a great professional, Carlos, we will return

Mum with 2 teens..arrived early in April and were very lucky with the weather. We booked a pool view lodge which had the most amazing views, we could also see the elephants and aviary from there. No problems at all with the lodge. Zoo was great and a lot bigger than expected. Birds of prey show was good and we also did the animal encounter for 30 euros each which was amazing. We always found something to eat and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. We ate at the Italian and meat a la carte which made a nice change from the buffet. We visited the waterpark but my kids aren't into slides so didn't stay long. We did get photos with the sealions after the little show which we loved. Food included there was OK. Yes the pools are cold but once in you soon get used to them and plenty were in when we went and that was early April! I never return to the same place twice but I would consider it here...definitely opt for one of the lodges which makes you a premium customer as the separate restaurant was much quieter. All in all a great holiday and I'm baffled by some of the reviews on here!!!

Just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in this resort..5th visit & it just gets better every time! All the staff are amazing ..reception, bar staff, entertainment, gardeners, cleaners..everyone has always gone above & beyond to make us feel welcome (I’ve read previous reviews saying otherwise but if you’re polite to them they are 100% always polite back) We love the new premium all inclusive concept..the premium restaurant was such a pleasure to dine in ❤️ so calm, no queues & food was great! No queues at the bar 👍🏼 Definitely worth the upgrade! Entertainment gets better every time..our personal favourites are aqua Zumba, the Halloween scary maze, costume party & the white coast street dancing! The Michael Jackson experience always entertaining too 💯😂 The drinks are the best I’ve ever had in any all inclusive resort..I will miss my daily mojito 🍹 The themed restaurants are delicious..the new rice restaurant in the afternoon was a massive hit with all of us! We had lunch out at Maui in Benidorm as part of the all inclusive which was so nice! I think with all that’s included (zoo, water park, food/drink available all day until midnight & the amazing staff!) you definitely get your moneys worth! Looking forward to seeing you all again next year 💙☀️ thank you for another great holiday guys!

We checked into the hotel today and one of the reasons we booked was because we were guaranteed rooms next to our family so the kids could enjoy time together before starting school in September. Given the guarantee when we booked and hours on the phone through jet 2 it’s disappointing that this hasn’t been honoured…..and the pools cold.

Amazing place to stay, surprisingly good quality food for an all inclusive. Lots of activities for kids. The zoo was the part I worried about the most, but the majority of the animal enclosures seemed spacious and good quality and the animals seemed well cared for. The only negative I’d say is the leopard enclosure, definitely too small, saw repetitive pacing. Given the area made for others animals, they definitely could be in a larger enclosure, which they need, whether it meets the standards, doesn’t seem good enough. But overall great holiday experience.

This isnt our first visit to the resort. We found the resort to be very clean, well maintained, and amenities are in a central location. The resort feels quite tropical and lush. In addition to the facilities on the resort guests have direct access to the zoo, and can visit the water park. The main restaurant is a buffet, and there is plenty of food to choose from. Snacks, drinks, are available all day. We did not try the speciality restaurants this time. There are several pools on the resort, and there are activities during the day, in addition to the kids club and game. In general staff were always pleasant and helpful. The evening entertainment was good, with varied shows and acts. In our opinion a very good standard for a hotel. We had the opportunity to meet the singers Luanna, they had the audience singing and dancing. Very good. The animation team, who we saw working at nights were Danny, Chloe, Victor, they were brilliant, worked so hard making sure everyone had a good time. We will definitely return, Halloween is amazing at the resort! Lastly a thank you to Mauro and all the staff who made our visit a very happy one!

Travelled as a couple in late April, had a pool view lodge AI + thru Jet2 holidays. We arrived about 1pm and our lodge was ready (fab as we’d heard sometimes it could be up to 5pm before it was) Our lodge was more than adequate for us, maybe would be a bit of a squeeze with a family mind. The minibar was fully stocked with Cava, 2 beers and a few cans of pop, and restocked daily (apart from the Cava) Everything worked fine, shower was powerful and hot whenever we used it. Bed was comfortable, in fact VERY comfortable !!! Food we found was pretty decent, I suppose it’s personal taste as I’ve seen a few bad reviews on here. We never had any issues, tho going in to the buffet early probably was a good move. We also did the exotic meats restaurant and really enjoyed it. Drinks …. Whoa, all good branded spirits which we enjoyed very much, also beer on tap Estrelladame or Carlsberg, also pretty good. Have to mention that there’s also snacks available at the pool bars all the time ie, sandwiches nuts crisps etc which help the drinks go down 😁 Enrty to the zoo and waterpark is a great addition, we did the zoo twice (not the waterpark tho) and access is easy thru the entrance near the restaurant in the square. Pools are definitely on the cold side, tho there was plenty of kids managing to spend lots of time in them. We were a bit soft tho and gave them a swerve, a heated pool would be very welcome in my opinion. Staff were friendly, never had any issues at all about that, buggies are available at times as well as a minibus around the resort as, bear in mind, it is hilly. If you have mobility issues I’d give the place a miss. Overall, we had a great time, it is not a cheap holiday but please don’t take all the bad reviews to seriously, go with an open mind and hopefully you’ll have a great time

I've been trying to liaise with the Reception of Magic Natura for a few days now. We are arriving tomorrow and I have emailed asking could we upgrade (asked the cost to pay for the upgrade so we're happy to pay to have a hot tub) but they took over a day to respond and said I needed to have made the change 72 hours in advance of arrival. I had emailed in advance of the 72 hours they just took over 24 hours to reply! I also asked if we could request a firm mattress for my husband who had back surgery recently. They said they'd mention it to housekeeping but that I need to remind the people on reception when checking in. I tried checking in online 5 times and explained in my email that I couldn't for some unknown reason and they just emailed me the link to check-in online - which I had told them wasn't working for me. I have just read some terrible reviews on the accommodation and the food and am only hoping it is okay for the time we are there. I had read lots of previous reviews so knew there were some good and some bad things but these reviews were in the last couple of days. To be honest I'd consider cancelling if it didn't mean I would lose my deposit. On the off-chance that someone from the resort reads this (unlikedly as they haven't replied to the few latest ones over the last few days) my booking reference is: txmdz0bzg1.
