Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.  I won’t be returning….

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo. Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

Cellings falling apart, most horrific smell in the rooms and staff did nothing. Blood stained pillows and black marks in the bed. Poor standard of cleanliness not a 4 star as advertised! Very disappointed! We went as two couples, when arriving they couldn’t find our booking on the system.. after a long while messing around they placed us in different rooms (family rooms) this is not a problem however, the room smelt extremely bad like sweaty feet. We did complain to the hotel who told us they would fix the problem and send the maintenance team, they never came! This lead to us leaving the balcony door open for the majority of time we were only here two nights, but we made sure to be out of the hotel as much as possible! The rooms were very outdated and didn’t look in good condition, as I booked this on the photographs advertised (the photos were wrong). The whole room was just very poor quality of cleanliness. The bed had blood stains on the pillow and black marks that I can only discribe as tire marks. The furniture was old and just looked dirty. The bathroom ceiling had wooden slats that exposed the pipe work and other objects above your head. The room was dusty and dirt trapped on the wood work! From the out side the hotel looked ok and the pool area was nice but I would never return here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! This was a birthday present for my husband and I can honestly say the hotel was such a disappointment.

In a quieter location. Perfect for us Right near the beach. Worth upgrading to a sea view room, our room was on floor 23, the views are spectacular. The food is ok, typical buffet style. No cocktails included in the all inclusive package. One pool closed for animation team to host activities, no water activities were held whilst we were there, so it's not fair to keep it closed all day. Bus stop is at the side of the hotel so its easy to go and explore. Overall great for a short break but if you want to be in the centre of things, this is not the hotel for you.

Well the room is lovely view non existence . The only complaint I have is service very slow reception well either they need to retrain staff or have more on shift food well that can be a hit or miss but I do suppose it end if their season would we come back to be honest I don’t think so

We been here couple years ago and we back again,because the view from hotel is the best. Close to the beach. Much quieter area than central Benidorm. Food was nice. Room was always cleaned. We always could find parking spaces around hotel...

I've stopped in better 2 star accommodation.... This is not a nice place to stop at all ! On arrival the entrance looked pretty nice but straight away the staff at reception were rude and just kept ignoring everyone like they really couldn't be bothered !! Really bad attitude and therefore took forever to get booked in. The room wasn't great at all, although the bathroom and toilet were ok which was good. If you have any problems walking up flights of stairs then do not book as the queues for the lifts are ridiculous on each floor. Luckily we were only on the 9th floor so walked up and down them but again not what you expect and I really felt for those that couldn't. If I remember rightly there are about 46 floors. Lots of sun beds around the pool were broken or dirty. Not enough bar staff in the evenings ! We had drinks out because each evening I witnessed extremely slow service (45mins for a drink) and it wasn't even that busy. The staff were also arguing with multiple customers rather than being helpful. Daytime seems to work a little better I think. Anyway I was happy to see the back of this place.

Booked 2 weeks before we went , with my 2 children aged 12 & 15, 2nd time staying at the hotel. We also stayed in June last year. Arrived at midday, check in was busy but they gave us our room straight away. Room was clean & comfortable but bathrooms needed some improvement, tired /shower screen leaked and drain in bathroom overflowed into bathroom so had a soapy foam flood every time shower was used, so floor got very wet. Breakfast was ok,churros were a favourite on that day,and popular ,there were queues as chef struggled to keep up with cooking them. Evening meal was better, lots to choose from all hot / fresh different theme every night, plenty of desserts to choose from. We went to the supermarket and stocked up on drinks to put in the fridge in the room, and there a nice bakery there that we used for lunch . There are restaurants right opposite the hotel that were always quite busy, but children were happy with hotel evening meal . There were activities in the day in the pool, and evening entertainment that were ok. Didn’t have a problem getting sun beds, didn’t feel the need to reserve them either, pool area is clean . Spent a day at the beach, 10 min walk, several shop on route to buy the obligatory inflatable to use in the sea. Bus stop right outside to go into Benidorm. I do think there should be a smoking area at the hotel pool,nothing worse lying on a sun bed with cigarette smoke wafting all around You . We enjoyed our break .

I booked this holiday as a late deal to treat my husband without first reading the reviews…Mistake!!! This looks like a 4* hotel in the entrance and reception area but the rooms are very tired and dated Very disappointed as this is definitely not a 4* if you have booked a standard room. If you have booked a suite or deluxe room then you may be ok. There were always queues at reception as it is a huge hotel. Cleanliness needs to improve. When we got to our room the smell was awful of drains and the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous occupant. The bed was full of body hair. I went to reception to complain and request another room. I was told there were no other rooms unless I paid for an upgrade so they sent a cleaner to change the sheets and spray air freshener! I was so upset and felt sick at the thought of sleeping there so spent as little time in the room as possible. We were only B&B but the plates for breakfast were always dirty with baked on food. The pool area is dangerous with parasols that keep blowing away in the wind. One flew across and hit me on the head and cut my husbands leg. Staff not really concerned. They need to be anchored down better. All in all wouldn’t return
