Excellent hotel and good place to stay and close to metro station

預訂訊息顯示税費是10迪拉姆，但是酒店員工撒謊多收費，收了20迪拉姆，有收據證明！ 曝光這個酒店部分酒店員工的犯罪行為！這個酒店的管理人員和當地印度、越南小偷團體勾結，一部分酒店員工被替換成了騙子，小偷、詐騙團體、盜竊團體和商業間諜！ 酒店員工把印度小偷團體安排在我附近的房間，而且破壞了房卡內部的門鎖，然後我更換了一個房間，更換後的房間附近依舊是酒店員工安排的印度小偷團體，我把行李放在房間後外出。 酒店員工會用監視器監視顧客的外出情況，並迅速打電話給那些印度小偷！我出門乘坐電梯，馬上有印度小偷跟蹤我。我外出馬上有印度小偷在跟蹤我！酒店和當地印度小偷勾結在一起企圖偷竊顧客的東西！ 我回到房間時，發現房卡不工作，打不開門，然後我去酒店更新房卡，酒店員工遲遲不給我更新房卡，故意找茬，浪費我幾個小時的時間。不斷撒謊説簽名的問題，那個穿白衣服的越南女人撒謊説她是酒店經理，其實她是小偷成員。在此期間，酒店員工安排印度小偷去我房間偷竊！ 幾個小時後，酒店員工依舊不給我房卡！然後警察來了，看到警察來了，謊稱是酒店經理的越南女人再一次撒謊，又開始説她不是酒店經理，她説那個穿西裝會説阿拉伯語的男人是酒店經理，我説這個越南女人以及那個會説阿拉伯語穿西裝的男人都是騙子，是小偷。警察在核對完訊息後罵了酒店員工，然後酒店員工才給我房卡。在此以前，酒店員工故意浪費我幾個小時安排印度小偷去我房間偷竊。 這個酒店的管理人員和印度、越南小偷，詐騙團體勾結，安排小偷團體，詐騙團伙，商業間諜在這個酒店竊取顧客訊息，竊取顧客的東西，企圖詐騙顧客錢財，從來沒見過這麼***的！這個酒店的接待員，安保人員，清潔工，酒店管理層都混進了小偷成員，詐騙團體和商業間諜，非常**！遠離這個酒店！非常**！

Muy cómodo y tranquilo , el personal muy atento, es un buen lugar para estar en familia

I and my wife stayed here for more than a year. I must say we will miss this place. This hotel gave us the feeling of home with an awesome hospitality. All the staff, Ram and other housekeeping were always smiling and very dedicated and helpful. The reception staff specially the ever smiling Akram was an amazing front office executive which always gave us a homely feeling. Special mention to the captain of the ship, Mr. Obaid, he took care of the requirements of the guests promptly, he understood what a family might require for a long term stay and made sure we feel like home. As all good things come to an end, our stay too ended recently after a year. I wish all the staff a very happy and prosperous life ahead.

The room service is good by Rohit kumar housekeeping Room number 603 suit room hotel is neer by ADCB metro station Dubai mall 20 minutes by taxi 🚖 And old Dubai 5 minutes by taxi Dubai gold soup 10 minute by car 🚘 Hotel is good Room is very big Hotel have G floor parking and basmati parking

Nice place for Couples and business travellers . Mohd Mustaquem is a great staff, was responsible for cleaning of our flat , he always does the cleaning very sincerely. Would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Thanks a lot for your help over that time .
