Resort situated in nice place with good ,polite hotel staff You will get plenty if space where you can click pics for your social media.

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day. Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine. Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in managing and handling the client requests and situation. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

Great resort with wonderful private beach, One of the cleanest in Goa. Excellent staff with ever ready temperament to help guests. La Concha restaurant staff and chefs were superb and food was excellent. Wonderful hospitality Mrs Sanjana and team

Visited this wonderful resort at the start of the season, great room, facilities and pool. We tried all of the restaurants and bars in the resort, great selections and very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Rosmand Fernandez.

All the staff working at the Azaya have been excellent, very helpful and attentive. I would like to give a special mention to Pravin from the house keeping team. Pravin has made are holiday extra special with his artistic flair. Many thanks.

It was an amazing experience, such a beautiful place, enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious. I would like to mention Mr Sam Chef was amazing,and his team very kind,polite and very professional. Like to Thank Manager Mr Manohar. Very very dedicated staff.

Whilst the room itself was somewhat tired and in need of renovation (hats off to the photographer, they look stunning online...not quite the same standard when you're in it!) however; that aside everything else was wonderful, especially the ever helpful and friendly staff. The bed was comfy, and the bed sheets were great quality. The pool was long enough to do laps, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the library was a lovely quiet spot to get a bit of work done. Being only September, the beach was deserted, which we loved. And after the first day we were happy to be given a beach umbrella so we can read in the shade, listening to the ocean. Sadly, the spa facilities were not available as it was a holiday weekend.

Great time spent in Azaya beach and resort. The property is very big and spacious. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. Rooms were very clean and modern. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. We will definitely come back again next time. The location is fabulous.

Amazing resort just right on the beach, no crowd! Clean and spacious bedroom. Big swimming pool and activities areas. Very calm and close to nature. Front desk executive (Sanjana), helped us hiring taxi and ensuring our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We came in goa for a vacation and we stayed in Azaya resort in banaulim is a great hotel in budget the environment is very friendly the food was nice and room was very clean and tidy every time we entered the room and specially thanks to Elvis from housekeeping who cleaned our room throughout our stay and made us Nice towel art on our bed very kind and helpful staff and had a great experience enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Azaya Beach Resort, Goa, for two nights with my spouse and daughter. While the property has some positives, there were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Positive Points: Dinner on both nights was a highlight, with delicious and well-prepared meals. The resort provided sand toys for our daughter, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Negative Points: The promised refreshment kit was not provided, which was a disappointment right from the start. The Tata Sky service wasn't working, leaving us without TV entertainment. The property faced significant issues with the hot water system, which meant no hot water was available during our stay. This also made the bathtub unusable. We noticed water leakage from the bathroom, which added to the inconvenience. Despite booking a room for three, we were only provided with two towels and one hand towel. There was no Good Knight mosquito repellent machine in the room, which is essential given the surrounding trees that attract mosquitos. The path lights weren't working when we went for dinner, making it difficult to navigate. Breakfast on the first day was quite poor, although it did improve on the second day. Additional Observations: This resort seems to be more suited for couples rather than families. The bathrooms lack latches, which can be uncomfortable when staying with kids. After we raised our concerns, the resort upgraded us to a better room, and the services noticeably improved, which we appreciated. Value for Money: 6/10 Location: 9/10 (The beachside location is fantastic, with direct access from the resort.) Special Thanks: A big thank you to Chef Sam, Chef BP Sharma, and Miss Liyan for their attentive service during meals. A special mention to Mrs. Sanjana Pednekar (Guest Relations Manager), who ensured that all our feedback was addressed. Overall, our stay at Azaya Beach Resort was memorable, with a mix of highs and lows. The property itself is beautiful, but some service aspects could use improvement.

One of the best property to visit in South Goa. Access to private beach is a big positive. Buffet breakfast is a good spread staff are polite and helpful we stayed in room 5002. I would like to thank Housekeeping Mr. Kim for being there for everything I needed and he made sure every time i left the room it was made the way I got it when I checked in. He tooken every possible care of us about make our everyday filled with surprise and amazing with his towel artwork His daily efforts of making different animals from towels while doing up our room put a smile on our face every single day. Thank you so much for providing us such a relaxing and wonderful stay.
