Eu e minha mãe fomos muito bem recepcionadas. O quarto amplo, muito bonito e limpo. O café da manhã muito om e diversificado. Gostei da hospedagem no hotel e voltaria com certeza.

Hotel agradável, boa localização, quarto limpo e espaçoso, cama mto confortável.
De forma geral ficamos mto satisfeitos. Apenas um ponto a melhorar seria o café da manhã, mto simples e restrito pelo porte e estrutura do hotel.

Hairdryer did not work.
I ordered an omelette because it said it was offered free if ordered at breakfast, but they just replied OK and never brought it, but offered it to other customers who ordered it later.

Bom atendimento da recepção, gerência. Os bolos do café podem ser mais diversificados e melhores. As instalações de arcondicionado antigos são um problema por serem barulhentos. Banheiro com ralo entupido, parede de compensado descasando, falta de suporte para saboneteira. Mas no geral, o pessoal é atencioso. Bem localizado.

Incrível! O hotel é melhor do que o prometido. Funcionários excelentes, muito educados e disponíveis a ajudar. A estrutura da hospedagem é uma das melhores em BH. HA's amplas, confortáveis e com boa luminosidade. Recomendo muitíssimo.

O hotel está muito bem localizado e é confortável por ter os quartos grandes. Porém, alguns chuveiros (já me hospedei algumas vezes lá) não funcionam bem. É importante limpá-los de vez em quando. As opções de canais de TV variam de um quarto para outro e, num dos quartos, ela parou de funcionar uma vez. Anotaram cobranças de consumos do frigobar que não eram meus, mas cancelaram as cobranças assim que expliquei que não havia sido eu.
