It was amazing staff and service

This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine. The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

Nice, clean and new property. It is nice and close to the airport but there is no restaurants or stores of any kinds near the property. Airport shuttle was excellent!

The room itself was pretty nice, fairly clean, front desk check in procedure was pretty good, a little bit of a language barrier, but we made it through. The restaurant and lounge was absolutely horrible. I know it’s not a five star, but the drinks were nasty. The bartenders had no idea, and the bill was completely wrong, tried to point it out to them. They seemed uninterested.

Unlike the ad there was no coffee in the room Worse than that there were no glasses. I was told their brand did not supply glasses. It's the only hotel I have ever been to without glasses.

Wasn’t a microwave in the room and a very small frig that didn’t have a freezer and staff wasn’t welcoming but seen him be nice to others.

This hotel was super clean and updated! The rooms were a really good size! The bathroom was huge. Super impressed and would definitely stay here l again when we have an early flight since it’s so close to the airport!

Super impressed with the entire property and was able to grab dinner at 8:30 before the kitchen closed! For an airport hotel this one is AMAZING! Clean, friendly, booked a 5am shuttle for the next morning at check-in. Staff was professional and very kind. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we’re in Orlando.

New, clean and quiet building but the kitchen and bar were understaffed and I was told dinner was at least an hour and prob 15 min to even place an order. All the shuttles to the airport tomorrow morning from 3:30-7am were full which is disappointing as that’s the reason I chose this hotel. Given the airport is only 2 miles away it’s amazing they can’t run more shuttles or have two of them running. Parking is $8 a night if you’re doing airport park and fly. I was told Uber is unreliable here and given a cab to call. Wish me luck tomorrow!

Area of the hotel is confusing to get to from the highway. Hotel provides free transport to the airport that run every hour on the hour. They do charge per day for parking at the hotel. The room itself was nice, clean and updated.
