Stayed at Zepter Hotel recently and had a fantastic experience! The location in the city center is unbeatable, making it easy to explore local attractions. The rooms were spotless and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Zepter Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Belgrade!

Everything is nice

非常隔音，很安靜。就是衞生間的淋浴間有些侷促，轉不開身。不小心會磕碰到水龍頭，地毯有點老舊。前台服務人員非常熱情，有耐心。

第二次住這裏了，位置非常好，房間也非常乾淨，酒店對面就是dm，吃飯逛街都非常方便

酒店離72路公交車站不遠，但是需要走一段台階，並且要從小巷裡穿過。房間不錯，早飯也挺好。從酒店打車去機場大概20分鐘，200人民幣左右。建議打車去機場，省時省力。72路不準時，不建議乘坐。酒店出門右轉就是著名的莫斯科飯店。總體性價比不錯。

首先酒店的位置非常的好，就在市中心，不管去什麼酒店，都非常的便利。酒店的早餐也尚可。 但是衞生真的很一般。。希望改進

Responsive Staff! Generously sized rooms. Old world charm. Lovely breakfast and fine dining in the hotel. If you like older, well-cared-for hotels, with charm and a few quirks like I do, you will appreciate this hotel. As a plus, there’s an elevator! And air cleaners everywhere. They want everyone to stay healthy and comfortable while on site. I was there to attend a conference and many of the non-local speakers stayed there as well. The lounge provided a comfortable and welcoming gathering space. Also it’s in a great walking around location. Recommended! I would happily stay here again.

Hotel very well located in the city center. Our apartment (City Suite) overlooking the inner courtyard is quiet. The restaurant is also excellent for dinner with a very good service. The staff is smiling and very welcoming probably because of their very professional manager Alexander who advised us and was able to solve r small problems. On the other hand, we had an apartment with fully equipped kitchen for 7 nights and contrary to what is advertised on the website and that we are used to finding in this type of accommodation, there was no required equipment when we arrived: no ironing board, no kitchen towels, no soap, no pots or pans, no cooking utensils or kitchen knives. There were barely a few utensils and disparate plates and glasses. We asked at the front desk to get what was missing. But still, there was no dishwasher, no microwave, no toaster, and the cooking utensils provided were inadequate. We had paid in order to be able to prepare our breakfasts and lunches. We had to make do with adaptive camping. The shower faucets are shaky, deficient and not user friendly. You can easily shower the floor.
