適合商務旅行，位於市區，離聖薩瓦教堂很近，一層的早餐比較豐富。附近有一家便利店，還有一家意大利餐廳。

非常暖和，感覺牆體保温很厲害，沒開空調，暖氣也不是熱的，比外面温度高好多。

總體還不錯，離薩瓦爾教堂比較近。價格有點虛高。酒店收的城市税是460多第納爾，相當於32人民幣而不是攜程説的16人民幣。可能是一個人16人民幣。

酒店裡大教堂很近，可步行去做公交車去到任何地方很方便，但是房間設施比較陳舊，洗手間枱麪很小，物品擺不下，其他還好，早餐環境不錯

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It is located near the church of Saint Sava. Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and frendly staff. My recommendation is to try omllete for beakfast. There is a great restaurant with amazong view on the seventh floor.All recommendations.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's located in a quiet area in the center of Belgrade and offers a pleasant and clean environment. The reception staff is very friendly and also assists with parking. The rooms are tidy, equipped with comfortable beds, and feature high-quality Rituals Cosmetics. The hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop restaurant with a friendly staff, delicious food, and an impressive selection of wines and cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel and eagerly anticipate our next stay.

We stayed at Crystal for 3 nights. It was a choice of our travel agency. The hotel is a few meters from St. Savvas temple. The main city is 5’-10’ walk by feet. Stuff was very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The room was astonishing! Large double bed with comfort layer. Everyday cleaning and towel changing. Breakfast over the average. Plenty of choices, with variety of universal and traditional products. Also the place where the breakfast served was very cozy with tables and sofas. I suggest Crystal 100% Next time we try their cuisine by booking a table in their restaurant at the top floor.

we were satisfied with the friendly and professional atmosphere there, staff is amazing, especially in the sky bar restaurant, they really care about their guests, Hotel management surly lucky to have them 😃 we were satisfied with breakfast and dinner as well, we have got an upgraded room, thank you for that.

Great hotel in a great location. Not located in the old town but within walking distance of the tram lines and with great bistros, restaurants and wine bars down the road. Clean and comfortable room with all the essential amenities. Great breakfast with a good selection. Lovely and service-minded staff who always met me with a smile.

I'm a regular visitor in Belgrade because of work and therefore I've tried a few hotels there. Crystal is the best one I've been to in Belgrade yet. My room was nice, bed was good, bedding and everything excellent. The shower was great and everything was clean and nice. Breakfast selection is good and the breakfast was generally good, the breakfast staff maybe not the best in the world, I never quite knew if e.g. asking for a fresh juice (which they supply) was a nuisance to them or not, but I think that may be more due to language than anything else. Lobby staff was extremely nice and helpful though. Over all I had a really good stay and will make this my home in Belgrade from now on.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel..ganz Nahe bei der Sava Kirche und zum Stadtzentrum (Gehweg ca. 20min.). Der Service war zuvorkommend und professionell. Das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr bieten, ansonsten ist das Hotel Top. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Belgrad.

Hola amigas y amigos. Una semana en Serbia por trabajo. 4 días en estel hotel, Estat bien ubicado para dar un vistazo a la catedral de San Savas y para salir a cenar o incluso una cerveza. Habitación estupenda, con cama grande cómoda y aire acondicionado no ruidoso. El baño grande y con buena presión de agua caliente. Y botecitos de champú, gel etc. Como en Serbia se fuma, es mejor asegurarse que la habitación es de no fumadores. Tele enorme con multitud de canales, 2 de ellos en Español (con serie los Serrano) Arriba tienen un restaurante con vistas bonitas. Personal de recepción y cafeteria muy amable. La única pega. El desayuno monótono. En 4 días es deseable alguna variación. Pero lo recomiendo Un cordial saludo.
