The Pass Residences are located just off Donegall Pass in Central Belfast. Every room of the apartments has a luxurious feel. The apartments are brand new and are extremely quiet with no road or pedestrian noise. The apartment had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the city centre. Botanic avenue and Shaftesbury square were right beside us so we had everything on our doorstep making it a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was immaculate a real home from home. The location was perfect. Customer service was excellent. A short walk to the botanical gardens and town centre. Lots of local places to eat on the doorstep. Also located next to the train station and bus service in to town.

The apartment was ideally located for easy city commute very well presented clean and good value for money.lots of information to help navigate what’s on, quiet streets within the area …..My son did appreciate the crips on arrival . Cheers

Very nice apartment with awesome rooms with comfy beds and very beautiful interiors. It also has a shared kitchen with all the utensils and fridge. Perfect for families. Nice connectivity with central Belfast! Definitely recommended if you are travelling to Belfast.

Very comfortable room and good connectivity to central belfast. Loved the minimalist interior design. Nice kitchen as well with all the amenities to cook or reheat the meals. This is an apartment in a residential area with 6-7 rooms and shared/common kitchen area.

There were four us that travelled to Belfast for a long weekend, staying in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough!

the room was basic and clean. the shower was good the sink very small but i adjusted easily. The bed and bedsheets were comfortable and clean . The keyless entry was difficult for me to use at times since the doors are not well lit and the outer door and room door had different layouts . Very glad there is a holiday inn express across the street were i could get quality food at reasonable prices for the most part Harper’s is quiet and secure I felt safe. the bedroom window curtain needs to be replaced due to moths . since there is no service by phone - only text during busiiness hours - there should be security cameras to address guest emergencies and be monitored 24/7 by a security firm which is reasonable in cost

Looking for couple of nights in town, so thought student type rooms would be OK. This is far better, really well appointed apartment, with all the necessary features. Did worry us when there was demolition site opposite, no bother, quiet and staff friendly, even washed my car off at the end of the day. Really comfortable, with a bonus (wine & crisps) Gap at bottom of bed very narrow, but that is only a problem for old fogies.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location, right above a cute cafe nero, gorgeous interior, the hosts were amazing & very helpful, only a 20 minute walk away from the city centre!!! It has everything you need, don’t listen to any bad review, book now!!!

The place was really nice and modern and was spotlessly clean. It had everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. It was easy to find and there were loads and shops and restaurants at the end of the street. We will certainly be looking to stay again in the future.

We (2 adults + 1 child) had an amazing 4 night stay at the apartment on Bankmore Square. It is a fantastic location, has 3 bedrooms, was so spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything we could possibly need was available in the apartment from bed linen, kitchen utensils, washing machine and a smart TV with Netflix. And the beds were so very comfortable. The added bonus of a secure parking space was amazing. The information we received to access the apartment and all other details we received the day before we arrived and absolutely everything was covered in perfect detail which made the whole stay so easy. We were dealing with Lauren for the booking and she was so helpful, professional and speedy with every aspect of the booking. A big thank you to Lauren. Overall, a fantastic apartment and would highly recommend.

Fantastic little house for a family. Lovely area and very quiet. We were traveling by car and there is loads of street parking free off charge. Hudge choice in restaurants, shops and coffee bars that are very close. We went to see Titanic and few other kids adventure activities. It was lovely.

The service we received was extremely helpful. We needed accommodation close to Queens University and originally booked into a hotel managed by Central Belfast Apartments. When they learned that we were in our 80s they suggested moving us to a large flat as their hotel room was a walk up two flights of stairs, and they did this at the same price. They were also very responsive to queries along the way, as this was our first time in Belfast.
