Gural Premier Belek

The resort is fantastic, we were travelling with a toddler which enjoyed so much the activities and parks inside the resort. However, what we noticed as downsides would be: Cons: - the price that you pay for the pack does not include other activities such as game play area, tennis, etc - the lounges were not enough on the beach so people had to put towels on them to reserve and then they left; but a good thing was that once we escalated to the reception, they supplemented with more on the grass area so a BIG plus for that! Pros: - food is really good and variety - lots of activities for kids - they organized October fest in one evening which was really nice - hygiene and clean very good - customer service really nice and helpful All in all, we would recommend for sure, we had a very good time as well as our son was delighted with all areas/playground they have. It was a very good choice!

Our first 5star family trip to Turkey was amazing. The resort was beautiful, buildings were lovely in lush surroundings and everywhere spotless. The beach was right next to us and pools and sun beds top class. Dispute only meeting one English family all week we coped very well with a few laughs and surprise drink 🍹 results but bar staff/restaurant staff do their best and smile through it. The food was just plentiful and amazing. The aqua park was great and not too busy as this was a really good time of year to go. Trips can be arranged and some are good value ie the Turkish massage and waterfall and bazaar trip. Euros are fully accepted. I’ve only given 4 stars as the spa pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance but the spa rooms were well worth a look as they are luxurious.

Visited the hotel with friends for the second time. Excellent service, food, beach, drinks, entertainment, yoga. Visited Turkish and Italian a la carte. It’s 20€/ per person, but totally worth it! You wouldn’t believe, but we have booked the hotel to come back in May for the third time ! That’s how much we love Gural!

We hd amazing experience. I really don't get why people complain sometimes, that they miss something. It was all good, service, room, food and program though its already the end of the season. Last year we have chosen another hotel and I wouldn't want to come back there. If I was asked if I want to come back hear- definitely yes! We are still enjoying our last days in Belek! Would strongly recommend!

I can't find words to describe this awful experience. We are loyal guests of this hotel, and came back just because our first time here was quite pleasant. But not this time. We are a family of 4. They gave us a tiny room with 2 beds. For a week. I called and asked politely to change the room. Because they promised 32-37 m2, it's obviously not that big. They offered me an extra bed. Although there is no place for that. The manager responded with " it's your problem!, not mine!"😭 Ok. I asked for her name, silence was the answer. I started to film the video because I need a proof of the unfair situation and they all took off their cards with names and tried to frighten me with the police. My kids were crying, nobody reacted. I forgot to mention that they said about available big enough rooms for our family, but they wanted to get 800 euros for that. I mean is it ok for a 5 star hotel? Rude unprofessional staff, reluctant to help their guests.Never never come here, please. Find a better place for your beloved ones.

Well equipped hotel resort with outstanding services. However, there were to many children with no dinning place just for adults or older kids, so it was very annoying to share the same rooms with them. A larger beach pier would also be of a benefit with better beach bars beverages menu to offer. Last not least... As ultra all inclusive guests we expected All available alcohol drinks to be inclusive with no extra charges.

Not a review, but booked for October 2024. Slightly concerned that there are issues with your website at the moment, can't book extra rooms and doesn't seem to be availability in 2024 at all. Few family members want to book also. Possibly an IT issue

This was our second time in this hotel after 2015 and we are happy that we came back. Pros: The new aquapark is just fantastic! One of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Great selection of branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Real glass glasses not only paper cups in the bars Kids loved the ice cream selection Very kind and polite staff. We cannot agree with some reviews mentioned that staff members only polite if they get tip. We always receive attention from them even before the tip. Food was good as usual in similar turkish hotels. Nothing special but always fresh, plenty of selection and tasty. The SPA is absolutely beautiful. Large spaces, stunning interior, good services. Good gym with new equipments. The Octoberfest was a real fun, lots of activities, great amusement. We stayed in a Delux Superior Family Room which was spacious and really comfortable. We liked the interior, the room was cleaned every day properly. Cons: The biggest disappoin**ent was that the largest waterslide was out of order. We chose this hotel for our family holiday with two teenagers because of the new aquapark. We kept on asking the staff but they could only tell us that it was a technical problem and they did not know when they start the slide again. Actually they never did… It is hard to see that people making enormous amount of waste: piling food on their plates and leave the half untouched, changing the beach towels even if they are clean, paper glasses thrown away, etc. It is not the hotel’s but I would love to see if the management could make some steps in order to lover wastage. Some parts of the hotel needs refurbishment. These are not new buildings, so it’s normal.

We had a great vacation with my 12-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel. The bungalows were great, and the grounds were lush and green. There were turtles and lots of cats. The beach was big, wide, and had a convenient sandy entrance. Everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and polite. The massage therapist at the spa was excellent. He got me in shape for a year ahead. The restaurants and bars were also great. The food selection and quality were very good. I don't know what could be better about this hotel. The only downside, if you can call it that, is the service from the waiters in the restaurant. They expect tips. If you don't give them one, you can wait a long time for your order. But we just went up and got it ourselves :) I highly recommend this hotel.
