We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 4th birthday and the new year. Location is great, away from the city hustle and delivery services for food and other things are all within 30mins. Service is great and most of the reception staff speaks english, which makes it even more pleasant to stay as a foreigner. Most rooms accommodates two adults and two kids (baby and toddler). Your money is worth every penny at this hot springs resort!

Love the hotsprings and medicinal pools! Family room is lovely, staff is friendly and helpful. Can recommend!

What an amazing hot spring only 40 minutes away from downtown Beijing. A treasure to try absolutely! The expo park opposite the hotel is also worth a visit, with many lovely gardens and pavilions.

The hotel's environment was superb, with every detail carefully considered, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional play area for children. It had a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, and my children had an absolute blast. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality staycation experience. I look forward to my next visit and experiencing all that this hotel has to offer once again.

Nice hotel, good services, recommeneded

Yanqing was the last stop on a bicycle tour I was on that started at Chongli. I’d taken my 75 year old dad who was visiting China (my home of 12 years) and this hotel really hit the spot as a place to relax at the end of a journey. From the very start, the staff at the front of house and reception were very helpful in understanding our needs to store our bikes somewhere dry and made every effort to make our checking in process fast and efficient. They were very polite. The buffet dinner was great, and my dad (the fussiest eater alive) managed to find many things he wanted to eat. Selina Xie, who was at the entrance to the restaurant, was smiling, polite, helpful and let me look around before we decided to eat there. The hot springs were everything we could hope for them to be, and there, also, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

之前刷到世園會的花燈，於是臨時起意決定帶長者和崽來延慶看花燈，泡温泉，那就選世園悦沁就沒錯，好像現在也叫世園湯泉酒店。 五年前十一假期來過一次，那次從世園會西門出來就看着這邊的酒店不錯，這回正好冬天春節後價格尚可，也臨近元宵，恰好是來泡温泉看花燈的時節。 酒店在世園會的西門對面，和世園凱悦是連通的。定了一個海底世界的私湯套房，給長者定了一間大床房，房型都是相同的，區別就是小童套房的壁紙擺設公仔，另外小童套房有高低床和滑梯。 海棠其實對小童套房的興趣就幾分鐘熱度，滑梯對小寶貝有點陡了，滑下來腳磕在地板上還是有點疼的，大家倒是不用為這個選擇小童套房，高低床沒有褥子所以木板也稍微有點硬。套房的私湯其實這個季節延慶晚上温度零下十度，房間的私湯也就泡個十五分鐘，水也就冷了，沒有太多冬日舒爽的感覺，也不用特別考慮。 除此之外，酒店還是要點讚的。房間的設施都還算新，洗浴用品檔次也可以（死海水），早餐雖然品種不算豐富但味道不錯，地下停車場免費，和凱悦連通走過去吃飯冬天也不會冷。酒店送世園會的花燈票。 當然最最核心的肯定是酒店的湯泉，住客無限次進出，從早上九點半到晚上九點半，時間也足夠玩，這個時間週日人也不算多，湯池選擇很多，既有温度熱的國葯湯池，也有小孩子進去就不捨得走的小童戲水區，有水滑梯泡泡槍海洋球，海棠在裏面一玩就是倆小時。也有游泳池，和水温控制的更合適而且拍照好看氤氲霧氣瀰漫的户外湯池瑤池仙境。湯泉設備完善，locker也很大很新，整體很適合帶娃過來玩一天。而且退房後，前台還可以開一張單子，下午還可以再進來玩一次，這一點非常人性化。 開車回市區路上，海棠還問為啥這次衹能住一天，下回要來住一週。

酒店整體和攜程四鑽等級相匹配 設施：親子房間設施很新，應該剛裝修不久…問題就是還遺留一定的甲醛味道…對氣味敏感的建議謹慎選擇 衞生：差評主要給到B1的自助餐廳…自助晚餐成人200一位，幼兒100一位…吃的東西慘不忍睹…最關鍵的是不新鮮…圖中的香辣蟹完全是臭的…吃了一口竄了兩天…這價位的自助餐放在市區都是令人髮指的存在…和餐廳服務員反饋了螃蟹變質發臭的問題（香辣的味道都蓋不住臭味…能聞到的那種），服務員走後然後就沒有下文了……早餐也就煎餅和麪條還可以 環境：沒什麼環境可言…世園所有酒店都住過了…這酒店最大好處就是可以直通温泉，更適合低幼…但同價位完全可以選擇室內帶自助的湯泉或者西山温泉之類的 服務：整體服務更偏國企吧…退房時候和改名之前一樣-會索要好評贈送兩張湯泉票…所以評分仁者見仁 智者見智，反饋餐食不新鮮後解決方案是想要多給兩張票換取好評…但是我真的不需要

整體入住體驗很好，很適合親子出遊，定的雙床房，酒店幫忙把床合在一起，變成了超級大床，這樣孩子睡覺可以隨便滾啦！去温泉也很方便，而且温度很適宜，穿着泳衣浴袍就可以直接過去了，小童區域的温泉水温剛剛好，孩子玩起來一點也不涼，正好趕上了泡泡活動，孩子們玩的很開心。

從前台到餐飲，從保潔到湯泉，每一個環節的服務都是棒棒的。2月19日下午酒店前台兩個小姑娘看到我們車子到門口了，連忙奔出來幫我們拿行李，辦好入住也是一路幫忙推行李到客房，想幫忙硬是不讓，真的很不好意思！就是不知道酒店為啥沒有男禮賓員出來，讓兩個前台小姑娘推行李，真的太辛苦了！餐飲部2月19日和20日的負責接待的張女士（應該是這個姓）和廚師同樣也很棒，不僅套餐燒得好吃美味，我們2月21日早上要趕高鐵，細心地為我們打包早飯，而且這裏重點要説一下，我訂的酒店套餐是入住兩晚，其實兩天都含有晚餐的，我以為衹含一天，結果餐飲部看我第二天晚上很晚還沒有去吃晚餐，打我電話我，我帶孩子在泡湯沒有接，他們還跑到湯泉這裏找我，後來來不及去餐廳吃，就給單獨燒好打包送到客房去了，太感動了！這次旅行感受到北京延慶八達嶺的美，感受到世園悦沁的美，更感受到酒店每個部門，每個員工認真服務的美！下次來北京還會選擇世園悦沁酒店！
