Very high service and luxury, the staff is very helpful and the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and the room layout is very comfortable. Front Desk service was a little impersonal, but the lobby lounge staff were very accommodating and the tea presentation was very elegant.

Very chic and beautiful hotel . Staffs are extremely helpful and speak Good English. Many food options nearby.

Have been staying here frequently since 10 years. The hotel is modern, elegant and impressive. My impression is that the breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be. The surrounding residential area has improved a lot. The weather was splendid and air quality seemed very good. Attached a picture taken from my room. Kind regards, Tao.

Very nice hotel,  excellent location, elegant room setting and spacious room.

Fun hotel, great look, great rooms. Just not sure that it’s ageing very well. Some areas are a bit tired and it seems to cater to a sometimes reckless clientele.

As a five star hotel, one still can tell there is a gap in service level compared to others. An example is when I asked the bellman to take luggages and help my parents to their room, he looked surprised/unexpected. Later, when I asked the same person about the direction to a restaurant, he simply told me he doesn’t know. It turned out that the restaurant is next door, 10 meters to the left after going out of the gate. I had a hard time believing the response I got and intentionally told the same person about whereabout of the restaurant after I came back to confirm my perception, and the facial response I got tells me he doesn’t care. This is a startling contrast to other 5 star hotels.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms and excellent pool and gym too! Good location.

Great comfortable stay at the Nuo Hotel Beijing. It’s an attractive and luxurious hotel in a convenient location near the metro and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room with world class service. I recommend Nuo over Rosewood anytime. Every staff member was friendly, helpfull and all spoke english. Very accomodating. Overall traditional but modern design is perfectly executed. Can compete with any western brand propriety and beat it. I chose Nuo over Rosewood/Ritz/Shangri La anytime.

One of the best hotel I've stayed at, very high-end and architecture/design worked in every detail. A lot of thoughts have been put in to make a customer experience top notch.

The nuo is my number one go to so stay cations while living here in Beijing. The tub is awesome, the staff is so kind, there are amazing bars and restaurants around. I love this place seriously.
