Don’t waste your money and time on this resort. I had a 2 bedroom unit. Bathroom was disgusting, filthy, bad conditions ..unacceptable! The only solution on site they gave us is to leave. Not comfortable bed , too old I guess! They have a 39$/day fees but in winter, it is toooo high for the amenities we have on site. Overall, the unit was in a bad condition and not clean…two things that are important to us when we travel.

Appliances are very outdated. You have a fee (321 $) to pay when checking in for the wiifi, a water park closed in winter (!), and the use of the spa. On ly 2 bath towels for a unit of 6 ! The location is among middle level condos, not near the Mont Ste Anne ski resort.

This was our 2nd time here, we also stayed in 2018. Both times we stayed 1 week in a 2 bedroom condo. Both times we used a coupon we got through Wyndham, for a “free 7 night stay”. We had to pay the resort fee of 39.95 +tax/day , which totalled 321.53 As others had mentioned, that a pretty high fee, for what they offer???? Especially in the winter when their small kids water park is closed and frozen 🥶 It was worth it for us given the coupons but I would not choose this condo if you are paying full price! In our unit the furniture is getting a little worn. The kitchen did have lots of items but also old and tired. The bedding and towels really need replacing 😬 The location is what keeps this place going, as you can see Mount Ste Anne ski hill from your condo. As well as only 20 minutes to Quebec City. Go if you can get a deal, but keep your expectations lower, and you should be ok👍

If you are looking for a good place to stay near Beaupre and Mont Saint Anne Condo Vacances should do I it. The Condos are clean and well maintained. Any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion. The condos are fully furnished, Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The kitchens have what you need to self cater. Any missing items are replaced when requested. The check in and check out is easy and courteous. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Grounds and amenities are well maintained

We stayed using my RCI points. In addition to resort fees and cleaning fees that were outrageous. Once we go to the resort, the bedroom door wasn't closing, the shower curtain was gross, the towels ans bedsheets must be 20 year old. the only nice thing is the hot tub and outdoor heated poil

We have been Timeshare Owners since 1992 and have enjoyed many wonderful vacations using the RCI exchange program. Unfortunately, we can not say the same with our most recent experience at this resort Club Vacances MSA #2621. In all of our 32 years of RCI travels, we never had to pay extra to access what is available on site or off site when owned by the resort. We don't mind paying for a service that we choose to get above and beyond what is standard. However, it was very disappointing to have to pay $39.95 per day, for a total of $321.53 to access the Spa at Val des Neiges (owned by the resort). Staff not as friendly and welcoming as we have been accustomed to. When asking for direction to the Spa, we were told to “Google it”. The one time we tried to use the Spa, the hot tub water was cold, was of disgusting color and not clean. We were so repulsed that we did not have the courage to return to the spa and check it out again during the remaining of our stay. Spending time in the hot tub in the evenings was on our must to do activity at the resort as always. Major disappoin**ent. We tried to speak with the manager to share our concerns. Unfortunately, staff could not tell us the specific working hours of their manager. A Message was eventually left on our in-unit phone (which we can assume was from the manager). However, the front desk staff was not able to assist us in retrieving the message -- very poor service. To this date we have been unsuccessful in reaching or speaking with the manager even though we have sent emails, left voicemails for the manager to contact us. In addition to the above, the resort amenities and state of the unit was not up to our expectations as per the following to name a few: No paper towel, no scrub pad for washing dishes, no hand soap, no oven mitts were included. Utensils were mismatched and low quality -- can easily bend the forks by hand. Coffee maker was very dirty and of poor quality. Unit phone was not working - fixed during our stay. It is terrible to leave a phone not working in the unit. What if we had to call 911 ? We were told that guests can use their own cell phone. Not every person has a cell phone and what if our cell phone was low on battery ...and how can one contact the front desk without a regular phone working? No mattress pad on any of the beds. Very unsanitary. Blankets had holes. Bathroom fan was way to loud and irritating, sounded broken. Mold was found on the bathroom tiles of wall.

Good location. We had a lot of noise from the unit above, sounded like they were moving furniture a lot for the whole week. We were there in a shoulder season so there were not many units occupied which was nice. Unit was OK except the livingroom chairs were very uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was good.

We arrived at this resort Oct 21 for 2 night. We were five adults, two of the five were seniors. Unit 2306 was small with not enough plates and cutlery. We were also charged over $200 for resort fees. When I asked for what, I was told for the indoor and outdoor pool and splash pad. There is a small fireplace that has not been cleaned out and filled with ashes. Beds are terrible. Though the stay is advertised for six there is not enough seating to watch TV or lounge.

Unit we were given was roadside facing , place had weird smell, blinds were broken (especially the bedroom) creating privacy concern, mattress was uncomfortable and looked very old, furniture also seemed old and not well maintained. We checked out the place in less than 30mins at 09:00PM (could not stay in the unit for even 5mins) and had to book another hotel.
