Hotel Belle Epoque

酒店位置還不錯，閣樓缺個衞生間，不是很方便，房間水、水壺都沒一個，價格高，性價比一般般

Good hotel, but a little pricey. The town of Beaune in general is rather expensive (perhaps Hotel Dieu as main sight is relatively cheap with 12 euro). The service is very friendly and overall really helpfull and good. The rooms are clean and have almost everything you need. I missed the tea and coffee and the writing table. But the rooms are also not that big, so perhaps they had to chose what they put in an not put in. The a**osphere of the hotel is amazing by the way. A nice courtyard with outside and inside fully in style.

Would have preferred to be in the main hotel. Also it really needs tea/coffee making facilities in the room - especially for the price

Easy journey, great location. Met by reception who parked us, really excellent check in and a map given which was priceless that evening for dinner out. It's a lovely old hotel. The fact it's old doesn't mean anything needs to be shoddy though. Small windows, lots of dark, huge thick net curtains need changing to maximise light. Those coming what period features but want you to think how to make those work. No tea kettle or coffee machine? Not regional. Been to so many hotels in France who throw one in just to be helpful. Be fab to add them. Most don't want to wait till breakfast for their first drink of the day. In a £150 suite it was a shame to have nothing of that nature. Few other little things like really minimal tiny bath towels. Room 30 had no scope on adjusting the shower head so great water power but had to press into the taps to experience the jet. Other rooms do and have a great set up we understand that. It's quirky! It's clean, organised, tidy and friendly. Paying for parking as a overnight guest was a bit of a choker, but maybe there's a solid reason they have. Overnight stop over ..... adequate plus. hotel with obvious history, and I hear the breakfast that we didn't get time for and was extra, was very nice.

While the property has very nice employees the rooms were very dated with extremely worn carpet and dorm type beds. Only the bathroom had been upgraded in the past 20 years. Plugs were very limited. Staircase is circular and very difficult to manage with luggage. Tried to reduce our stay to one night but would not discuss. Would not recommend for a vacation stop

The staff were all excellent, accommodating and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay especially with the proximity to the old quarters.

The staff did everything to insure our satisfaction. Taxi’s are very difficult to find, but our staff volunteered to drive us to the train station in their personal vehicle if no taxi could be found. One shout out to Kevin for all is help. He is a gentlemen and a true professional

A perfect stay in this beautiful hotel. Great room, lovely breakfast, and excellent location. Sincere thanks and we will definitely return!
