位於beaune的市中心，交通方便。 廁所是挺新的，但是房間其他地方很一般，比想象中小和舊，隔音很差，下次應該是不會再入住的了。

Hôtel très propre avec chambre bien équipée. Personnel agréable.bien rénové.

我們十一點到被告知3點才可入住，存了行李後去逛街。三點後回來又等了半小時才入住。 早飯非常一般。

Leuk hotel midden in het hart van Beaune Goed ontbijt en prima parkeerplaats. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend

Arrived Monday 15 May for one night’s stay. Good welcome at reception, spacious car park. Hotel in central location, walk to all the Town’s attractions. Very reasonable price – very tatty inside. Room spacious, carpet stained. Building work in progress everywhere around the hotel. Surprised no mention of Building work on ***********. Car park - areas piled with builders’ materials and discarded furniture. We weren’t alarmed, because the builders stop work at the end of the day. Fire doors in the hotel slam shut (automatically – as you let them go). So we were awoken by other guests coming in later and inadvertently slamming the doors. Taking a shower – the head ‘fell’ off the wall onto my husband while showering! At 6.00am (YES 6.00am)! the builders began their day – driving a loud forklift truck through a passage to deliver more materials, going back and forth with more and more loads. Frequent noisy manouvering of the vehicle, plus the annoying beeping of the reversing warning. We were woken up. What are the hotel owners thinking? 8.00am would be an entirely UNreasonable time for the builders to start banging around. 6.00am is ridiculous. I put on my clothes at 6.15 and went to reception to complain. The young guy on night duty was kind and received the complaint well. Gave us a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast – just about ok. Not great. Nice to have fresh fruit cut up. I was glad we weren't paying for it. WIFI On arrival you are given the WiFi password etc …. With a note explaining that the portal is closed between 22h30 and 6h. “Le portail est ferme de 22h30 a 6h”. So don’t bother wanting WiFi late in the evening or during the night! Travellers – don’t stay here. Whatever the price, you won’t get a good night’s sleep unless they solve those banging interior doors and take control of their building contractors. A miserable experience.

Hotel is in a great central location, park your car, check in & then stroll the streets on foot. Room is very clean, no faults of cleanliness whatsoever. Wifi was great... However, the rooms have no love, no personality, just bare basics. Great for a one night stopover. Breakfast is just OK. Staffed by part-time students who don't deliver great customer service. Not their fault. No real complaints, but would we stay again, no I doubt it. Not great value for money except given its location.

Good location with (paid for) parking. Reasonable size room with good air conditioning - too quiet to hide the noise coming through the thin wall from the next room (both talking and other activities). Double room with only 1 bath towel, when we asked for a second towel we were told that that was against policy and could not have one. Avoid the rush-hour scrum for breakfast.

The quite centered location is rather convenient for sightseeing Beaune, but the room we had was terribly noisy (the walls seemed thick as cigarette paper) as one could hear neighbors left and right, toilets flushes- showers and doors opening / closing all night long. Next thing, avoid chosing to take breakfast in the hotel, expensive and medium value. There are loads of nice bakeries in few yards of walking distance ... One positive thing though, the staff at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming.

Ils nous ont donné une chambre déjà occupée !!!! Chambre étroite ( pas de vue , literie à revoir , déco à revoir , propre ) SDB très petite mais avec produits correct et propre Salle de petit dej est plus que médiocre, pas de table de 2 , nous avons dû partager une table , pas de nappe , la table n'est pas dressée, pas de petite cuillère Ne vaut pas du tout 4 étoiles Seul l'emplacement est top

C'est très personnel mais j'ai trouvé l'hotel charmant, le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre agreable et plutôt grande vs nos dernières expériences, et le petit dejeuner tres bien. Le tout a 5mn a pieds du centre-ville. Une bonne adresse.

Op de website staat vermeld dat ze elektrisch laden aanbieden wat niet het geval is. Je kan bij een ander hotel mss gaan laden zei de receptioniste. Dit was wel een reden waarvoor we voor dit hotel kozen. Ontbijt is niet top. 3 dagen ontbeten zonder roereieren. 1ste dag niet aangevuld. Laatste dag waren er geen eieren geleverd . De rest van het ontbijt was niet Best Western Plus waardig. Kamer was wel proper!

La literie est déplorable. A l'issue de la 1ère nuit nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais la literie n'était pas mieux. Les WC étaient garnis... donc pas nettoyés. Idem pour la cafetière où il y avait encore la capsule des occupants précédents. Mal isolé et très bruyant. La seconde chambre était petite (pas 16m2). La salle de petit déjeuner est sombre et bruyante (heureusement il y a une brasserie en face où il y a un petit déjeuner très bien et au calme). Personnel inexpérimenté en partie et qui ne semble pas concerné par ce qu'on lui dit. Aucun geste commercial proposé malgré ce que nous avons signalé. Pas très professionnel au final. Les seuls points positifs sont l'emplacement de l'hôtel et l'équipement de la chambre

Chambre bruyante impossible de dormir à cause des pompes à chaleur sur la terrasse Poubelle de chambre non vidée Gel douche de l occupant précédent resté dans la douche honteux non ? Aucune écoute à l accueil la responsable de l établissement vous regarde avec un air moqueur on vous disant « on va regarder » N attendez pas de « désolé ou d excuses » Dommage de gros travaux de rénovation sont en cours mais je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement qui est maintenant sous l enseigne Sûre Hotel sûrement avec le même personnel
