Nice and clean hotel

在酒店住了十二個晚上， 非常舒適的酒店 基本都是海景房 晚上睡覺隔音也很好 酒店的早餐也很不錯！

Excellent, propreté et confort, le petit déjeuner compris dans ma réservation sous forme de buffet très bon et bien varié, départ tardif raisonnable gratuit (14h00) Les points négatifs: check-in une heure d’attente, léger retard pour faire le ménage quotidien des chambres, pas de navette de transfert aéroport-hôtel et hôtel-aéroport.

The hotel is located at very nice place , beach side property with beautiful beach. The hotel room was quite big with beautiful views of mountains and beach. Restaurants are awesome with good Indian cuisine options with delicious taste. Hotel has big swimming pool with sea views. Hotel staff are very supportive especially Mr prem singh who help us to plan day trip, with good advice

Great staff, location is fabulous and loved the overall experience.. Call out for Khemraj, PREM Singh and Susan from front desk… Great choice of food and staff always helpful to adjust to personalise the taste… overall great holiday experience… thank you..

It's one of my favorite hotels! We are here for the second time! The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the waiters are friendly! I recommend everyone to come here and enjoy this beautiful place! And thanks to the manager Nexi and the guy in the reception Gihan and the cook Khemraj for their kindness and helpfulness!

Rohan Barman awesome bar caption, great hospitality & service.He really made us comfortable have excellent interactive skills. Simply perfect in his job & enjoy drinks made by him. Loved the vibe & awesome music with brilliant Dj. Rohan is really welcoming. Do visit this place really recommended.

A beautiful place ! I was here in October and came back again in May. It's great here and the staff are friendly. A clean hotel the food is delicious! The Cook Khemraj and the manager Nexi are good and friendly people! I will come back here again!

Excellent experience. Especially Khemraj was an excellent cook and very humble. Thanks for the great experience! Entire team was very supportive and customer service was out of the world. The resort has maintained cleanliness. I would recommend this to everyone.

Good hotel, great location, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist Jacintha and Gihan always greeted with a smile and friendly. A big appreciation / thanks to Gihan who was very accommodating and helpful in all our questions etc Bar staff friendly and very polite, service with smile. The Indian Tandoori restaurant food is tasty with big portions. Anil, Nawaj and Babu, friendly and polite, accommodated to our spicy taste in food.

We arrived at the hotel on April 21st 2024 and we were very warmly welcomed by Gihan and his front of house reception team. We checked in and our luggage was taken up to the room by one of the helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious and had a good, working air con unit. The hotel is situated on the beautiful Beau Vallon beach! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they went above and beyond for us, especially Gihan. The ladies on reception were extremely helpful when we needed information and they were so friendly and always took the time to ask how we were and if we were having a good day. The staff in the restaurants and bars were also very friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly. I have never received such a high standard of friendliness and customer service. Gihan and all of the staff in the hotel, restaurants and bars were exceptional. I didn't manage to get all of their names but along with Gihan, Jacinta and Kumidu I wish to say a very special thank you to everyone who works at the resort. It was a pleasure to meet you all! Gihan - your customer service and kindness is something I have never experienced before. You made our stay at your hotel extra special and I send you my heartfelt thanks for everything you did for us. We had a fabulous time at the Berjaya and we will definitely be returning!! Great holidays! We spent a week in this hotel recently and it surpassed our expectations! The staff is very friendly and warming, special thanks to Anil for attentive and very professional approach. The food was amazing, large variety of choices for every taste. Location itself is superb, located right on the beach where you can admire beautiful sunsets. Rooms are a bit old and need some improvements, but always clean and spacious enough to enjoy your holidays at Berjaya. if you look for traditional style, relaxed and good vibe hotel, look no further while on Mahe.
