My stay at Hyatt Regency Long Beach was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make my visit memorable. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the stunning views of the harbor was such a treat! The location is unbeatable—right by the waterfront and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Long Beach exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

A nice hotel with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival experience pleasant. The facilities are all very new and well-maintained, giving the hotel a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

It’s located 10 mins walk from the beach so it’s great location, the room is nice with enough space. It was clean and the service that we received was lovely. There wasn’t much of a view from out too. But nonetheless the location is perfect.

房間可以，畢竟是居家酒店，有個開放式小廚房，所以比較寬敞。早餐算是免費供應的，complimentary breakfast,在大堂旁邊。不過，電梯原本是兩台，衹開放了一台，所以電梯要等的比較久。然後外面有停車，原本入住的時候前台和我説是免費的（除非是我聽錯了或者理解錯了），但是我退房的時候，前台也沒和我説要收費，直接給我了一張小票可以插入欄桿旁的機器就能走了。結果回來收到扣費35美金，這個就有點貴了，一晚35美金，而且都沒短訊通知，還是我查詢銀行APP後發現這筆費用。所以，要入住這家酒店的朋友，入住或者退房的時候一定要和前台確認清楚停車費的問題。

Tôi đã liên hệ với ban quản lý và báo cho họ biết chuyện gì đã xảy ra. Họ cam kết sẽ bồi thường cho sự cố này. Nhưng chúng tôi không những không được bồi thường mà còn phải trả thêm tiền phòng. Chúng tôi không phải là khách mới của sự kiện Halloween 🎃. Chúng tôi đã tham dự sự kiện Shipwreck trong 10 năm đầu tiên sự kiện này diễn ra cùng các con và bạn bè. Tôi rất thất vọng vì các bạn đã không quan tâm đến việc chăm sóc hành khách trở về. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi rất mong chờ sự kiện năm sau.

An excellent stay if you need to be need LGB. A short 5 min shuttle is included which is lovely. Rooms are spacious and seem modern enough. Clean, comfortable and decent for a short layover stay!

This place itself is just ok, but the location is terrific. Rooms are humid with vague odor of smoke in our non-smoking room. Our toilet broke after one flush but they immediately gave us a different and equivalent room. The bathroom was small and like permanently stained. But at least parking was ample and only $5/night. I think I’d recommend this place to anyone pressed for money and brave
