Khách Sạn Bên Bờ Biển Tại Puerto Vallarta

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

Khi chúng tôi nhận phòng có thức ăn còn lại trong minibar. Chúng tôi thông báo lễ tân và không có gì làm. Sáng hôm sau chúng tôi thấy có máu trên tường trong phòng tắm. Chúng tôi thông báo với lễ tân để dọn dẹp nó và chúng tôi đã mất 3 cố gắng báo cho họ trước khi có người dọn dẹp nó. Họ có vẻ không được hủy. Chúng tôi tức giận vì đó là máu và có lẽ là một nguy hiểm sinh thái và họ đối xử nó như một dấu vết. Các nhà hàng chúng tôi thử rất tốt nhưng chúng tôi cũng ăn rất nhiều thức ăn trong khu vực địa phương. Hồ bơi là tốt và vị trí tuyệt vời. Họ quảng cáo thành viên của họ qua sự chia sẻ thời gian, rõ ràng là bình thường nhưng không biết với chúng tôi. Chúng tôi biết phải có một số truy cập cho 'bữa sáng chào mừng miễn phí'. Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

The resort itself was beautiful. And we had an amazing view of the sunset. I do wish there was more variety in the foods and the restaurant options. Surprisingly I thought the Mexican restaurant was not that great, but I liked the Italian place and seafood restaurant. The staff was very friendly. For some reason the heat in the Veranda restaurant was always stifling and made dining uncomfortable. The complex needs more elevators and you end up waiting around a lot. Also, I wish there was more entertainment. Dancing was so fun it should be every night. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

La app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
