Khách Sạn Bên Bờ Biển Tại Santorini

Chồng tôi và tôi đã tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ 4 đêm tuyệt vời ở Santorini tại Panorama Suites từ ngày 24 đến ngày 28 tháng 4. Vị trí khách sạn ở Fira nằm n*** trên phố đi bộ và gần các nhà hàng cũng như khu mua sắm. Các nhân viên khách sạn đã cung cấp dịch vụ xuất sắc. Nấu ăn đầy đủ để gọi bữa sáng rất ngon với cà phê cappuccino. Họ đã hỗ trợ mang hành lý đến phòng của bạn và điều tuyệt vời nhất là tầm nhìn tuyệt vời ra miệng núi lửa từ ban công phòng của chúng tôi! Phòng rất sạch sẽ và hiện đại với vòi sen spa thật tuyệt vời. Đối với những người cần thông tin về di chuyển, Suites của khách sạn nằm trên miệng núi lửa và họ có hai thang máy xuống các dãy phòng rồi đi cầu thang bộ. Mất một chút thời gian đi bộ để đến phòng của bạn nhưng đáng để ngắm cảnh tuyệt vời. Thực sự rất thích kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi tại Panorama Suites!

Perfect hotel! We are glad to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with them. Fresh and yummy tropical fruits, as well as a bottle of wine are given to us. We spent a very great night with them. The front desk girls always wear a smile on their face and being super helpful. Their service is outstanding. Feels like you are the princess or prince. The room is large, cozy and comfortable. The private pool is really nice and clean. The location of this hotel is far from city which is quiet. We love this atmosphere a lot. It’s a perfect spot for sunset in Santorini. Watching sunset on the balcony is a must-do item. It worths everything. Their restaurant also provides delicious dinner. Please go and have a try!

Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

Minas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

Generally it’s a bit disappointing, probably we thought Santorini would offer the service on par with its reputation as a tourist paradise. The sea view was scenic and magical and the hotel located in a good spot where not many tourists can access so it was more tranquil than Oia. However, the hotel room was not that great as expected. The amenities are a bit old and the designs were not thoroughly thought-through (eg the placement of the bed made people easy to trip and the lights of the bed were placed too low that hit our heads. The staff may be too busy to remind us to order breakfast and forgot to make our breakfast so we had no breakfast except the leftover breads.

It is close to the beach truly, the breakfast is offered in partnership with a neighbouring/adjoining restaurant names ”Prince”, the rooms are clean with good facilities. It's surprising that they don't offer complimentary bottles of water, at least for the first day of arrival to help you settle in, rather while you are still trying to catch your breath after a long journey, the reception would be more interested in booking tours from you and collect state taxes. That's so not welcoming. They will tell you to go get water from the supermarket nearby. Everything including transport is truly nearby as advertised. There's no beach volleyball. I recommend this place.

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?
