Khách Sạn Bên Bờ Biển Tại Cannes

Had a great time for 3 nights there. Room was lovely (got a free upgrade, yey, guess we got lucky because it was a slow weekend!). Fair breakfast, was not bored of it even after 3 days. Staff was really helpful. In general, great value for money!

Khách sạn nhìn chung ổn, nhưng phòng nhỏ và đơn giản. Một người đàn ông Pháp lớn tuổi đeo kính đọc sách ở quầy lễ tân không mấy chu đáo với khách. Tôi là khách quen của khách sạn này. Mỗi lần đến Cannes, tôi đều ở đây. Nhưng người lễ tân người Pháp lớn tuổi thậm chí không cho phép tôi ở lại quá giờ trả phòng chính thức một tiếng, mặc dù khách sạn không hề kín phòng. Các nhân viên khác thì nhiệt tình và lịch sự hơn nhiều.

Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

房間浴缸設計沒有浴簾，使用上有點不便。其他都很好，面積蠻大的。離海很近，過馬路就是。周邊都是奢侈品店，逛街很方便。餐飲選擇也非常的多。位置環境服務都太好了，非常滿意的入住體驗。

It was generaly good, the weather was hot and room lack of climatisation

Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

I had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!
