I've been here for a week. If you enjoy hot water when taking a shower DO NOT come here because there is no hot water, its luke warm at best. I stay at the extended stays all across the US and this one is the worst for hot water. It smells like mold in the lobby and when you get off of the elevator, that's if the elevator is working. Don't get a room near the front entry because people are lottering out down there until midnight carrying on and you can hear them five rooms away and three flights up.

Stayed here for 9 days because of power outage in Houston.
Beds were amazing
No hot breakfast or anything to grab when you want, you have to ask for a muffin and when you get it it’s FROZEN solid
YOU have to take your own trash out to dumpster
Pool is disgusting
People LIVE LIVE there so all 5 washers are always taken along with all the dryers that are at a complete stop for HOURS at a time and no one can take the clothes out so others can use them per management.
Elevator and halls smell like **** all day every.
Rooms will NOT be cleaned and your linens will not be changed unless you ask BUT they hand you your linens so YOU can change them YOUR SELF!
If you ask for clean towels YOU have to take the wet/dirty ones down to the front desk so they can give you the clean ones.
But on another note the front desk lady named KIMBERLY is amazing !

Checking in and out was easy and understanding. The company demonstrated clear communication by calling directly for responses pertaining my room such as bed size change. The room was very clean and spacious.

The room had a strong smell of urine, we was informed that it was the only room with a king size bed pet friendly. We think that the male in front was new since he wasn't familiar with ********** and didn't give us much information about breakfast or internet, to busy being distracted. Not sure who was the young lady in the morning, but she was great. This franchise needs to hire her as the manager.

The staff here is wonderful. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel is quiet and clean. I would highly recommend this location.
