It's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

Food was good in terms of breakfast but to take note the towels has blood stains on them. Also the service of the hotel staff was not as good as they checked me in late 30 mins late despite already being there at 3.30pm. The beds are horrible it gave me pain on my neck and back. Also to note the hotel is relatively small and rooms are small. The location is in the middle of some bazaar and loads of bars cafes and traffic which will be grinded with noise from singers to beeping of horns. My bets are to avoid entirely staying here altogether.

It was a great experience staying at four points batam Staff A.YU has be attentive & generous towards us by recommending stuff around batam and she has a very friendly and welcoming attitude throughout our stay. ❤️😊

Very good service especially by the cafe restaurant during the breakfast buffet, something you must Try! They even have suprise From trolley during your dining like Bar Attack where they give you Special drinks to test

Very big and nice room. Look very new also.. Just that I was not given a smoking room when I ask for it.

Great service and smile from the front desk. We also went down to the hotel lounge late in the evening and the staff went all out to provide great service even when we are the only group there.

Could rotate breakfast menu; instead of same menu every morning? Staff having breakfast in Cafe at 9:45 am needs to observe decorum……

Very nice hotel ! Clean , spacious and very friendly staff ! Indicate that we are here for birthday celebration, our room was nicely decorated when we arrived! During our stay ,Our room was on do not disturb, the hotel staff WhatsApp us to check if we required any amenities! Was very satisfied by its services , will highly recommend it!

Large comfy room rooms with very good service but the strong synthetic scent in the elevator was somewhat overwhelming.

There is staff name Stephanie really touch my heart, she really passion with her job and give a 100% good service to all guests staying in the hotel. Well done and keep on

Went batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name "Natalia" that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again
