Tres belle place juste que cest pas déjeuner un peux décevant.

There was a smell of smoke or exhaust from snowmobilers in our room, it is a popular hotel for snowmobilers.

We waited an hour for a drink at the bar and was never asked if we wanted a second one… then I ordered a second one… waited 26 minutes… canceled it and left …. Also when we were up the hotel had no water, we couldn’t shower or bush our teeth or get ready or even flush the toilet on our room…. We checked out sooner than we wanted to do to this and was offered no type of refund or even an apology for the inconvenience…

Only had kcups in the room when I checked in. None were ever replenished no cleaning service took 2 front desk people before the second one finaly found me some kcups for coffee. Spare blanket looked like rats ate all around the trims was a bit gross..

This is my 2nd time staying there in as many months. I went for business. First time I had an executive queen room. It was very quiet and I liked the large room The bed was not super comfy but not awful Last night I stayed. I thought I booked the same type of room but my mistake it wasn’t. Just a regular king room. It’s was dated. It was loud with people in the halls. The bathroom was so small. Tv was broken. Will stay at this property again but will be cautious and only book executive

Lighting was poor with a confusing system. Could not turn light off by door because i had my CPAP plugged in. Vending machines were over priced, $5 for a can of coke. $2.25 for aquafina when it said disani water. Sauna was not working with no signage, the whirlpool looked dirty, the pool was fine, but the area was extremely cold. Bed was too firm and the remote did not work for turning on or off the TV, only for volume and changing channels was sporadic.

The bed was extra firm, too firm for me , husband thought it was fine. Pool area extremely cold. Whirlpool had a film, and was hazy. Sauna did not work at all did not go above 18.5. Pool itself was fine. Coke machine wanted $5 for a can of coke...nope. Went to pay my bill ahead due to going to hospital for surgery. Front desk at first said i could not, then said their debit machine was down and they could only use cash...so i used the atm and spent an addition $3 on that fee. Since we went to avoid driving in a snow storm it did the trick, but can't say i would recommend to anyone.

It was just an overnight getaway with my granddaughter. The registration was quick, easy and very friendly service as was sign out! The pool was very clean with lots of towels. There was no one else there and we did not know how to turn on whirlpool/hottub ...no problem tho. Restaurant was great with excellent friendly service and delicious breakfast menu...reasonably priced! Tim Horton's is almost in the front yard of hotel if you're a Tims person!!! It was a short stay but a good one!

Services ... The employees are amazing. Reception also. Kim & Christine make's us feel very welcome .
